Customer service response time could be better, as it currently takes 2-3 days to get a response and sometimes it's very vague. I've had to follow up a few times and having an actual person follow up would be helpful. Additionally, there are login and website issues that need attention. Several years ago when I first took over management of my hotel I realized that the small company I waas working for did not have a service awards program. I started the search and found Terryberry. They have been amazing to work with. This is a great way to encourage not only managers, but employees as well, to recognize good behavior. It adds an extra layer of visibility, helping people acknowledge and show appreciation for the things that are often taken for granted or overlooked.

I also like that there’s a selection of rewards for employees, so they can choose items that have value and meaning to them. That feels much nicer than a generic gift card or other less personal forms of recognition.

I use Terryberry for our employee recognition and engagement programs, and I find it seamless and extremely easy to use. I love that it allows us to provide points to recognize employees. Nice online catalogues, very easy process, love how the gifts are delivered all wrapped! Every year we customize our gifts per recognition award level, and the reps at TerryBerry made it a very efficient process.
