**What do you like best about Synup?**

Excellent customer service! Quick to respond, helpful, patient and thorough.  My experience has been 5 stars from the first day I called. The onboarding call was by far the most informative and productive set up I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend Synup. The software is so easy to use I could teach my 13 year old to do it.

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

Nothing so far they are great! I don't anticipate anything that will change that.

**What do you like best about Synup?**

The SYNUP team is extremely helpful. We meet at least once per week to stay on top of our ever-changing needs. My account reps truly go above and beyond to solve any issues that arise.

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

Honestly, I can't think of anything. I'm very satisfied with this vendor and pleased that after surveying so many in this space I chose to go with SYNUP as our vendor for directory listinsg and local search presence.

**What problems is Synup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have over 1000 listings with SYNUP, and that # changes on a weekly basis as we onboard and offboard locations. It's a massive undertaking to keep the data consistent and accurate and SYNUP handles that all for us. They've also built a custom integration to allow the reviews to flow through to our website. Additionally, the SYNUP team is always available to answer questions and help with any search-related issues.

One software will not do everything, but this one tries its best.

everyhting, the information is wrong. People who did this opnly had one job. They got the address wrong.... After they verified....

We at the Anderson Auto Group have been using Synup for almost 8 years and they provide a great service. We have 9 dealerships in our auto group and to be able to sync all of our listings is a great help, Also whenever there is a problem their customer service is always friendly and fast!

I cannot think of anything, the crew over at Synup always provides great service and they provide a top-notch wonderful product! Any inconvenience has always been very brief.

Support response time and value - any time I have an issue, the support team responds promptly and always resolves the issue quickly and effectively. I highly recommend Synup as a tool for managing listings, especially for franchises.

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

I haven't run into any issues with Synup that were not immediately resolved by their support team. I can't think of any features off the top of my head that are missing and needed.

**What problems is Synup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most recently, I needed to view the hours of operation for 70+ locations. Without Synup, I would have had to record each location manually on a spreadsheet, but I reached out to support and asked for an exported spreadsheet with those values, and they sent it promptly.

They setup our website store locator and listings for network of 4500 dealers across the south. Much more price efficient than other firms we worked with.

Sometimes, design changes they take a little longer.

Synup helped us get our dealer locator up and running, also assisted us with claiming listings from across the web. It has helped us drive more orders to our partners and we are seeing results.

The Synup platform provides a good user experience.
It is easy to use, and Synup is continually working on new features.
Synup is a better platform than Yext.
I love working with our Customer Success Manager -- Bridget Murphy.  She is knowledgeable, helpful and follows up on all action items and issues promptly.  She is a joy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

Sometimes the content info uploaded via Synup has been "over-written" by either Google or Yext.
Synup is fixing the issue and looking into how to prevent it from happening again.

Synup enables us to manage our online Store Business Listings and answer Reviews from Google and Yelp via one platform.
One way performance has increased if allowing us to upload GMB Ads via Synup easily.

There are some bugs that do need to be fixed. The integration with Apple maps is definitely one of those.

**What do you like best about Synup?**

I like that the layout is intuitive and easy to figure out.  There aren't a lot of complicated steps, so our customers can log on and quickly respond to their reviews.  They can do that while also ensuring that their business's integrity is intact by cleaning up duplicate entries and updating their business profile across significant sites like Google, Facebook and Yelp.

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

One of the most complex pieces is getting our customers to remember their business Facebook and Google logins and then getting them to connect them to Synup.  It just adds a layer of complication to our onboarding calls. However, I'm not sure I have a helpful solution to this issue as our product is proprietary, and it would be difficult to get it combined with Synup.

It adds value to our digital marketing by allowing them to follow up on customer reviews quickly.   Synup also makes it easy to clean up their business profile across many social platforms where potential customers get information about their business (hours of operation, contact and location information).

**What do you like best about Synup?**

What I like best about synup is that they make managing 150+ locations a breeze. We also have an awesome account manager, Sheryl Harper, who can make magic happen when platform limitations are found. Our company has used Momentfeed prior to Synup and found that our former provider is nowhere as beneficial as symup.

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

The main miss I find with Synup is there is not an excellent roll-up view of all locations, and bulk editing isn't the most user-friendly. With that being said, they are constantly improving the platform, and there will probably be a fix by the time you read this.

**What problems is Synup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synup allows us to have accurate listing data across 45 different listing platforms. I believe that this number is growing to 60+ as of Q4 2022, which is super exciting!

**What do you like best about Synup?**

The fact that everything is funneled into one inbox! I love most that we can set up automated responses to a multitude of different situations. We can even have auto notification set up for email.

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

It will be nice when Yelp auto-response is integrated. I believe this also extends to Bing as well. I am not currently using all of the features so there is more available.

We no longer have to have multiple people checking different platforms for reviews, we can now have one person check them and have things auto-forwarded as needed.

Synup is a very user-friendly platform that has added value to our company's marketing package. Our agency was also assigned an outstanding account manager named Bridget who is always there when we need something.

There are no dislikes for me! Any questions I had were answered, and I  was also offered training to help me understand the platform's features. They are great :)

Synup is a great platform that allows us to improve our marketing efforts as well as the efforts of our clients. They provide excellent service as well, ensuring success for those that use their platform.

There is not much to dislike from a product standpoint. If I had to suggest anything it would potentially be to provide tutorial videos for certain functions. Regardless, their employees are great at showing us new features.

They are helping to solve the complexity of SEO and making it accessible and easy to use. That benefits us by reducing some of our time commitments and allowing us to provide our clients with an excellent service.

**What do you like best about Synup?**

I find Synup user-friendly and an excellent platform for local listings. I love how analytics are tracked, and I can easily send monthly reports to clients. Clients even have their own sign-in! A HUGE bonus was when google my business scheduling and publishing was added - it was a pain to post all the time before manually. Sheryl has been an excellent resource and help. She is sweet, caring, and makes sure I am always aware of what is new or helpful for my company based on Synup's offerings.

I have yet to find any issues with Synup!

Synup helps use solve google my business scheduling on top of the ease of local listing syndication. They have so many offerings and keep adding more!

I've been working with Synup now for about a little under a year and they are incredibly responsive and always looking for ways to help improve our digital footprint on the web. I'm thankful for their partnership. Keeping our web listings up-to-date is no easy task and they make it so much easier to manage.

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

Nothing yet. It can be a little clunky getting around, but once you figure out where everything is, it's great.

**What problems is Synup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synup is working with Google to set up a bulk verification process. I tried taking this on myself. It was time-consuming and exhausting to deal with Google. I'm so glad they're taking it on now. Hoping to get this resolved soon, thanks to Niladri's expertise.

At times it seemed like services were available and then would disappear. I thought this was beta product testing but later found out Synup has other services that are extra-paid features.

Synup does great with local citations and the ability for reputation management and automation around those services. It is low maintenance, which is great for us as an agency and our clients.

Synup is very user friendly and very effective at claiming and updating directory listings for businesses. Reviews requests are also easy to send out and respond to right from the same dashboard.

Sometimes the review request feature can have a glitch but it's normally easy enough to figure out. Directory Syndication is very straight forward, intuitive and fast.

From what I've used so far, I like seeing all the reviews in one place. I've recently started using their bulk social posting for facebook. That saved me hours!

It can be confusing at first, especially if you have multiple listings.

There's nothing to dislike. They do their job and one thing I currently don't like is having a reconnect all of the listings for either GMB or Facebook.
