What do you like best about Synup?

We use Synup to manage our clients' local listings and store pages. It saves us time while remaining a budget-friendly solution and has allowed us to expand this part of our business.

When we first began using Synup, we were just using the listings feature. There are plenty of listing management platforms to choose from, and they all have similar functionality. We chose Synup because the pricing structure worked best for us, and the team seemed knowledgeable and eager to help. Now, I know that's a total understatement! Whenever we've had an issue, the team has jumped at the chance to help. Plus, there are plenty of helpful guides and other great content that help us get the most out of the platform.

The pages feature changed how we sell to new clients for the better. Prospects love seeing the impact store pages have had on our existing clients' online visibility, and our clients have been seeing serious results. What do you dislike about Synup?

Overall, I don't have many negative things to say about Synup. Some recent changes to their plans caused some confusion but we were able to work this out with our account manager quickly. Since they're frequently updating things and adding new features and products and we are adding new members to our team, it can sometimes be hard to keep up so I'd love to see more training opportunities. What do you like best about Synup?

Synup is a really great product for businesses to put everything in one spot so that you don't have to worry about looking for things separately. As a person in the business industry, I have used this product frequently a lot in order to get things across from within the business and I got to say that this product is fast and productive and gets the job done in an instance with no Hassel or difficulty to use. The implementation and the integration of the product are smooth and transitions nicely in the business when you need things to get done. All the needs are all in one product so that everything is as simple as it could be. What do you like best about Synup?

Synup is intuite and very user-friendly, me and my team used it in a daily basis to manage our leads and we found that our productivity and sales had a bump since we started using it. The schedule posts feature was a game changer, because with are always in touch with our audience though the scheduled posts and we see new followers and, therefore, new leads for us. One thing that is a concern with softwares like this is the implementation and integration, but with Synup that happened in a smooth way and we felt supported through all the process. Before we used just spreadsheets to manage leads, contacts and steps of the commercial flow, with Synup we had all of this in a nice dashboard and it made easier to keep track of the work. What do you dislike about Synup?
