**What do you like best about Synup?**

I use Synup for my book marketing business, which has helped increase my presence on social media without paying for ads. As a small business owner, I don't have a large budget to spend on marketing tools, but Synup is the most affordable software I came across.

It's easy to use and takes the guessing work out of how well a post does. It has more features than other social media publishing tools out there. The AI to help with trending book memes is easy to implement without me searching for what is trending.

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

I can't recommend this product enough. The customer support is fantastic, and I use it every day.

**What problems is Synup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is a lot of competition when it comes to marketing books. A lot of marketers will do it for free or charge very little. However, what authors don't understand is you get what you pay for. Synup has helped me two-fold. First, I struggled to drive traffic to my site. The SEO tool helped increase organic web traffic. Then, the social media hashtag generator made my posts rank higher on Twitter and Instagram. I know all of that because Synup has a tool that monitors how well they are doing, and if I get any negative reviews, it alerts me so I can respond appropriately.

**What do you like best about Synup?**

Affordable, accessible, and up-to-date, what else can you ask for from a product? From social media management and content creation to reputation and local listing management, Synup truly keeps a person in line. The product takes away the pressure of managing multiple aspects of a business that can easily become overwhelming. The ease of implemention is unlike any other product out there. I can honestly say that ever since Synup has come into my life, I have never been more focused and haven't seen my business soar this way in years.

I cannot find anything that I disklike about Synup.

**What problems is Synup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synup solves one major problem that I feel most business owners face, particularly in this day in day age, which is, management. it becomes dauting and overwhelming having to schedule social media content in addition to tracking your online reputation on top of every other demand that is required of you as a business owner. Synup solves all of this with their interface.

**What do you like best about Synup?**

Synup has been a phenomenal tool for us. There are a lot of tools out there with competitive pricing, innovative features, and tempting packages, but Synup is the only tool that checks all the boxes for us.

When you’re managing a fair number of clients, the tool you use really impacts your productivity and morale. If you have a subpar tool, you’re not going to get results, your team will drag their feet, and clients won’t be happy. 

We’re so happy with our choice. The social tool gives us the insights and content creation assistance we need to effectively juggle social media management for a lot of clients concurrently. The white labeled features are insanely good, too. Our favorite feature is the password-less login, where clients can link their accounts to the platform without anyone having to exchange passwords.

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

There aren’t any glaring issues with Synup so far, but every software platform has its occasional bugs. A few times, there have been updates that left us wondering if we’re missing out on anything. Plus, a few social accounts disconnected on their own. But no major issues, and nothing that wasn’t easily fixable.

**What problems is Synup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re grateful to partner with Synup as our provider for listings management services, social media management, reputation management, store locator services, and more. We solve a need for our clients by handling all of this for them, and the Synup software makes it easier for us to do our jobs. I can’t recommend Synup enough!

**What do you like best about Synup?**

We partnered with Synup earlier this year, after discovering them through their social product. Our agency recently started offering social media management services alongside our typical local presence management, and we just so happened to find Synup. I couldn’t be more glad that we did! It’s a true all-in-one solution. Since joining them, we’ve saved so much time, money, and headaches.

I love how helpful the team was in our onboarding process. You can tell that they truly care about their partners and clients. A lot of these software companies are running lean and mean operations, but someone always seems to be available when we need help.

It was quite easy to add all of our accounts (over 700) to the platform, and the platform itself is so intuitive. It’s making our work much easier! Our clients can definitely tell the difference, too.

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

I don’t know that we’ve used Synup enough to see deeper into its flaws. We just became a Synup partner this year, and so far things have been pretty smooth. I will say that without guidance from our customer success manager and some independent research from our team, I’m not sure we would’ve unlocked and understood all of the platform’s capabilities (like automations).

**What problems is Synup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an agency, our choice of tool doesn’t just impact us; it impacts the success of all of our clients. So, the decision to go with Synup was not made lightly. Having one tool that does everything (local and social), was what first drew us to the platform in the first place. We’re all about optimizing our clients’ online presence, and having one login to manage reviews, listings, socials, and everything, that’s been life changing for us.

Some platforms have the capability to manage multiple brands, but you can tell that Synup was truly built for agencies. Compared to other software solutions we’ve tried, Synup is by far the best when it comes to ease of use (and juggling accounts).

Synup is great!  It definitely increased our local brand awareness leading to more customers and higher sales.  It is super easy to use and fit in my budget.  We used it for social media management, review management, and listings management.  I strongly recommend it!  Can't imagine not having it now that we do as use it every day!

Nothing!  Fabulous tool!  If I had to name a negative, it would just be that we didn't start using Synup sooner!

Previously, we had an issue with the time zones scheduling tool, but Roshan helped us to fix it instantly and is now a thing of the past

It saves me a lot of time when scheduling posts, and gives me ideas with its AI content generator. It helps me stay on top of reviews in one place. It is easy to use and the whole team is very satisfied.

I like how easy it is to use. Whether it's for social media or review / listing management I love having it all under one platform finally.it helps that I can see and respond to multiple reviews / inquires quickly and from one spot that fits in my budget.

Synup is really just saving me time and energy for a lot of work, some of which is repetitive. I really want a reputation of being able to respond quickly to issues should they arise and synup consolidates that and helps me give the customer support I desire. User friendly.Very easy to use, fits well in my budget with options. Mainly use the product for social media management, review management, and listings management. Supperior products on platform. The menus allow for easy implementation and intergration. The platform also has options for customer support to include new AI technolgy. It saves your data for frequency of visits and saves time on next visit.

Synup is solving a lot of problems for me. The platform to me is a one stop shop for software. My main use for the platform is media management, review management, and listings management. **What do you like best about Synup?**

Synup is a lifesaver for me. I started a small business a few months ago which is now booming gloriously! Some might disagree, but I think I might not hire marketing resources anymore. As I’m already educated in the field & on top of that I found this amazing social media management tool that has taken care of almost everything, who would not want to benefit from it?

The first problem I faced was having & keeping up with my brand's social media presence. It was like a 1 WOMAN SHOW in the beginning; I used to make the products myself, do photography with the help of a friend, & then create individual posts for all socials, reply to comments, dispatch orders, & cater queries – all by myself. 
I learned about Synup, & after testing it for a week on a trial basis, I was damn sure I’m going with this one! 
From brainstorming post designs with a single click to creating themed posts for all socials, SEO optimization, trending hashtags selection, timely engagement with customers & tracking progress I was doing everything on this platform.

Synup was super easy to use and really easily intergrated with a lot of different platforms, which I thought was pretty neat. I needed a platform that could solve a lot of my social media marketing needs and Synup definitely did that.

It was easy to implement with a few other platforms I was currently using.

The user interface was a little bit confusing to use at first. You really need to take your time to figure out where everything was when you first start using Synup. Once you get accustomed to where everything is located, it becomes much easier.

I needed a platform that can do a lot of my social media managing and monitoring. Prior, I was using three different platforms to handle my social media. It's a bit time consuming when you're doing everything manual. Synup made it so much easier for me to set up multiple platforms. Also, it was super easy to create captions using their AI function, if you were not interested in creating your own. I thought that was pretty neat to have one platform that can schedule, write, and post everything for you.

SYNUP is a powerful tool to use to create and automate social media marketing or increase rankings on SEO. It's a system that anyone, whether highly experienced or novice, with limited or no SEO or social media experience.

Our small business is now able to create posts easily. SYNUP provides an added AI feature that allows us the option to tap into, and it provides ideas, shows upcoming events posts could be about on a calendar format, suggests hashtags, allows easy editing and is an excellent tool.  It's easy to create and revise one post across different social media platforms, use the same post on all platforms, or post only on specific platforms, depending on the post's target audience. We can create and 'schedule' posts for automated postings on future dates, saving staff time and interruptions while keeping a business name in front of the public.

SYNUP support has also been excellent. You do not have live support in many software programs, but in SYNUP, you do. What a difference that makes, especially when initially learning a program! Dealing with the same support professional whenever you have a question is terrific. We were surprised that after we were comfortably using the system, our support tech called us to follow up and make a few recommendations for us to consider. That shows how seriously this company takes the success of its customers!

No matter the business type, SYNUP helps save time, effort, and money in online marketing.

The initial setup took a little longer than we'd expected, but it was because we were inexperienced in setting up social media accounts. It all started out great with THEIR customer service and onboarding, but when I devcided to cancel my monthly subscription of $350 I was told I needed to pay a cancellation fee of $3,850 or I can keep my subscription until the contract is over.  I will admit I do not go over contracts as closely as I should, but I do trust the sales person when they tell me I can cancel anytime, By not offering the added information that their is a cancellation fee equal to monthly fee x the contact months, I find that to be extemely unethical.

**What do you like best about Synup?**

Great product, lot of features. You are not tied to the product incase you are using it as a stepping stone to learn about local listing and Google profile management.

I liked the team and sales and support team engagement.

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

The numbers of features are great but they can also be overwhelming which adds to the learning curve of the client.
Lot of configurations are hidden and might take time for first time users to dig them out.

**What problems is Synup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using it primarily as a repsoitory to manage my local listing and also Google business profiles .

We don't like anything about Synup. They never pick up the phone and are slow to respond.

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

We don't use Synup. They sent us an invoice online. We responded and asked them to cancel the account.  They confirmed the account was canceled, then they sent us to collections for $360. Terrible business practice.

None.

I have been using Synup for some time and it has helped a lot, it has a great UI and is super easy to use, Results are guaranteeed. 
Support is on top and always ready to help.

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

During the time I have used I never had real issues, only few time that I was not able to link my accounts for listing but Support was ready to help and everything was set up fast.

**What problems is Synup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had time managment problems when I did not find the time to list all things manually, so there comes Synup to make my life easilier and results were guaranteed.
