It is nice to have the Google My Business pages integrated into the software versus other social media platforms. Ravi was always extremely helpful with anything we needed or had questions about, fantastic Customer Success Manager Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Synup? There were a few minor issues when it came to scheduling but mostly it was due to personal preference. Being able to create a social media post and then schedule it and move dates if needed just by clicking and dragging somewhere on the calendar was a nice feature from previous platforms we have used. Also, having to select the toggle from photo or video depending on what I was posting felt like an unnecessary step. If I was looking for a video to post but accidentally left the photo option toggled, then after searching for the video file in my folders, I would have to cancel out and flip the switch and go back in to find the file. Having Google My Business integrated into the same platform as our social media management is great. Prior to Synup we were paying for two different software to manage everything. When editing things on our end, whether it be for Google, the website, bing, etc, it can be tough to sometimes remember to also edit those fields on the Synup side of things. Plenty of features that are easy to use and helps streamline our SEO efforts for new clients - the listing submission feature and Google post scheduling are the most useful elements in our business however we also appreciate the fast and efficient customer support process. It was a little hard to figure out at first and I don't see that the things we update in synup always translate to google as they are supposed to. Synup makes it really easy to create, edit, maintain and optimize directory listings. It's AI generated responses to reviews are very simple and even allow you to add keywords for search engine optimization. I also love the review generator and AI generated posts and the ability to create and schedule campaigns.
