I had a very disappointing experience with Synup. After using their services for the first quarter of 2024, I realized they weren't necessary for my business needs and canceled my subscription via email in April with Rakesh.

To my surprise, I received a charge of $800 in August, four months after canceling my subscription. When I contacted Synup to request a refund, they refused, claiming that I was still under contract. This was incredibly frustrating, especially considering that I had explicitly canceled my subscription.

Synup makes it really easy to create, edit, maintain and optimize directory listings. It's AI generated responses to reviews are very simple and even allow you to add keywords for search engine optimization. I also love the review generator and AI generated posts and the ability to create and schedule campaigns.
