**What do you like best about Synup?**

Very easy to use. Once it's set up, it runs on auto-pilot.  T

-The AI review responder sounds very natural and friendly, and even responds to details from the review itself (IE: if a client's pet name is mentioned, the review response mentions the pet name). 
- Directory Listings have been very easy to manage and review
- Keyword heat map is great 
- Customer support is responsive & helpful 
- AI generated content is easy to use
- One dashboard for social posting & GBP posts are very easy to use
- I can check our statistics as often as I like and see a quick overview and it's easy to swap between profiles and generate reports

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

My only 1 issue, which was resolved, was that I had a hard time connecting one of my business's FB account to the Synup dashboard, as if the software couldn't recognize multiple businesses connected to the FB admin.  Was a bit buggy but customer support has been helpful in resolving it.

I wanted to ensure directory listings were created & managed across all platforms

Synup’s dashboard is incredibly intuitive. Updating business listings, responding to reviews or scheduling social content, everything happens in one place, no back and forth between different tools. Their home screen is like an instant snapshot of my business health and suggests smart actions that will make a difference in getting found.

No downsides that I can tell so far from using Synup!

**What problems is Synup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synup solves the issue of managing online presences for my business, pulling together listings, reviews and local landing pages into a single easy-to use platform. This ensures my information is consistent throughout all directories and makes it easy for me to track and respond to reviews and be able to create professional local pages that engage with customers. It saves me time, gives me more exposes me more, establishes my reputation and allows me to make more intelligent data-based marketing decisions all without having to adopt multiple tools or break the bank.

Synup is the comprehensive approach that evaluates reviews across different platforms and channels to learn about customers and the market 
The software allows viewing of insights in any location or branch, provided it serves under our company 
We use Synup as the program for review generation and it helps in automatically prompting customers through the use of SMS or emails to issue their insights 
The app centralizes most of these social platforms, where we review all feedbacks in a single space 
We have seen Synup offer reliable and useful insights that facilitate our decisions

Customer handling through service help is something the vendor has not fully developed 
The features from Synub are overwhelming, and they demand consistent training and orientation

We manage all online reputations through the help of Synup, and this assist us monitor the upcoming reviews and this ensure changes are made immediately based on the insights shared
The listing of business information is also done in universal ways, creating the appropriate image to the market
We boost of local accessibility and visibility of our brand through the help of this app, and this includes SEO, which ensures that our company ranks high
We monitor all the content outlets that shows us what clients want and say concerning our brand

**What do you like best about Synup?**

Synup has made it super easy to set up our online presence before our pool store even opens. It’s helped us get our listings organized, boost our visibility, and make sure everything’s consistent across Google, maps, and other directories. I like that I can see the progress in real time and know we’re set up for success once we launch. The platform’s easy to use, and the support team’s been great whenever we had questions. It’s taken a lot of the stress out of getting ready to open.

No complaints at all, support was extremely helpful.

Synup is helping us get all of our business listings set up and consistent before our pool store opens. We are a digital marketing company and handle 100+ clients. Synup help us alot to easily manage their local business listings and citations from one place. Which save our lot of time because we don’t need to update information manually on each citation site.

Sometimes it takes time in loading like server down sometime once in 3 months i can say. But overall it works very good for local SEO and listing management.

By suing Synup I can manage many clients local business listings easily. Also I am able to manage citations in one dashboard in one place. So instead of we go on each site to add info we can manege everything in one place which save much time.

Been using Synup for over three years to manage our online listings, and it’s been solid. Super easy to handle multiple directories in one go, and their support team is quick and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

Only gripes are occasional delays in syncing updates and the pricing being a bit high. Great tool for local SEO, but would love faster syncs and a cheaper plan!

**What problems is Synup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a digital agency, managing multiple directories is key to maintaining our clients' profiles. With over 100 clients, Synup has made handling their local listings and directories much simpler and more efficient.
