Very easy to use. Once it's set up, it runs on auto-pilot.  T

-The AI review responder sounds very natural and friendly, and even responds to details from the review itself (IE: if a client's pet name is mentioned, the review response mentions the pet name). 
- Directory Listings have been very easy to manage and review
- Keyword heat map is great 
- Customer support is responsive & helpful 
- AI generated content is easy to use
- One dashboard for social posting & GBP posts are very easy to use
- I can check our statistics as often as I like and see a quick overview and it's easy to swap between profiles and generate reports

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

My only 1 issue, which was resolved, was that I had a hard time connecting one of my business's FB account to the Synup dashboard, as if the software couldn't recognize multiple businesses connected to the FB admin.  Was a bit buggy but customer support has been helpful in resolving it.

Sometimes it takes time in loading like server down sometime once in 3 months i can say. But overall it works very good for local SEO and listing management.

The homepage is clean and easy to understand. I also like the idea of aggregating everything in one place—it would be especially useful if we were getting a significant number of reviews each week.

I don’t use it often because it’s quicker to check our Google reviews directly. The top menu feels cluttered, and I’m not sure what the Revenue section in Performance is supposed to show.

We came to Synup with an issue and they assured us that we would become Google Bulk Verified for all of our office locations.  It seemed like a daunting task but after a couple months of working through it we finally are bulk verified.  Big shout out to Ravi Kant Tripathi for his tireless efforts to get this across the finishline.  We couldn't have done it without him!

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

I think it may have taken a little longer than expected but we had a goal and we worked through it and got it done.  Wouldn't say it's a dislike but maybe there's room for improvement in that process.

**What problems is Synup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synup is allowing us to hold our 70+ offices on Google professionally and in good standing.  Prior to Synup our online presence was not as fleshed out and as clean as it should be for financial services.  This adds legitimacy to our brand.

With Synup we can manage location citations and listing on multiple platforms with one dashboard and also live support option via slack.

Sometimes the sync status doesn't update in real time, which can be confusing. The Some time loading speed become slow and takes time or may be there server down.

Synup help to solve problem on wrong details about business with one dashboard, I just need to update details in synup and it will be updated in almost 70+ the local directories. With synup we can manage multiple locations, multiple clients business in one dashboard.

Synup's platform makes managing the online presence of multiple locations easy. It has powerful reporting that helps you make adjustments to your profiles as needed. It also puts all of your reviews, business hours, holiday closings in ONE PLACE! This has literally saved me so much time. Also, the customer support is top notch. I have worked with lots of different software across several industries and the level of support is truly the best I have come across.

There is only 1 downside. The social media management is an add-on so I can't give my opinon on that part of the platform.

When I found SynUp software, it was such a relief to finally do all post-creating, publishing, and engagement tracking in one place. No more nerves about switching accounts or having a million opened tabs. 

Also, it is easy now to monitor all incoming reviews from our Google and Facebook pages. Again, jumping from post to post comments and messenger incoming was very messy, stressful, and time-consuming.

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

One thing that I would like to improve is the scheduling setting. Sometimes it was glitching, and I had to wait a bit to reschedule again, but the support team caringly took my case to review what might be the potential problem.

**What problems is Synup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been scheduling posts for Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok manually for 2 months. It was a pain to remember all the details about the time of posting, description, and hashtags. 

Our Social Media Marketing Team also had conflicts with the accounts’ access due to constant switching. Thanks to the built-in collaboration feature, all the posts’ settings and details go through the post-approval workflow. It notifies all the approvers, and they give feedback with updates in one place, so no more email-search pain!

We came over to Synup from two other tools that we used for social media management and location management with review monitoring. The team at Synup, from sales to support, have been great, assisting with our implementation, responsive to our requests, and readily available to help. We have been using the platform for about four months, and while there are things we’d like to see integrated into the platform, we can accomplish the tasks we require to service our clients, and Synup provides a good platform for these services.

We’ve requested a few functionalities to be added to their roadmap for updates in 2025. The downside is that we’d like those now, but knowing they’re working on including them gives us hope. We’ve also found a few bugs during our usage, and the support team has been addressing them as they come.

There were a few minor issues when it came to scheduling but mostly it was due to personal preference. Being able to create a social media post and then schedule it and move dates if needed just by clicking and dragging somewhere on the calendar was a nice feature from previous platforms we have used. Also, having to select the toggle from photo or video depending on what I was posting felt like an unnecessary step. If I was looking for a video to post but accidentally left the photo option toggled, then after searching for the video file in my folders, I would have to cancel out and flip the switch and go back in to find the file. Like mentioned, most issues were due to a personal preference.

Having Google My Business integrated into the same platform as our social media management is great. Prior to Synup we were paying for two different software to manage everything. Now we can take care of it all under one roof.

I value how simple it is to update and manage company entries across numerous directories because I work as a freelancer and oversee several clients. By enabling me to handle all of my local listings and client feedback in one location, the centralised dashboard saves me time. The review management function also makes it easy to track and reply to reviews, which helps my clients have a good online reputation.

The simplicity of use and the capability to rapidly update my company information across multiple directories from a single dashboard are what, in my opinion, distinguish Synup from other softwares. Time is saved and I can now maintain a strong online presence without the burden of regularly checking and updating listings on several different websites. This is really fantastic.

There's a lot you can do with Synup that we haven't even begun to utilize yet. You can do scheduled posts, automations, review solicitation/management, and much more. I've been very happy with how much it can do.

Even better than that is the customer service. Our rep, Ravi, is fantastic. He's very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we are successful. He checks in regularly and always makes time when I have questions for him. I couldn't be more happy with his service!

In my opinion, Synup has three leading characteristics in the market:

1. A team that works closely with you. I want to highlight my experience working with Ravi, who is the most patient and dedicated team member. He has effectively solved many issues that have arisen on our end. He has been extremely friendly and professional. Additionally, he never mentioned that something is "out of scope" of his tasks, and this level of dedication and interest in the clients is just unmatched customer service.

2. Unbeatable price. Synup is really affordable and works like a charm. If there's some customization required, the amazing team kicks in.

3. The amount of tools included in the platform. We manage lots of properties, and the opportunity to work on all of them from the same place is something that was missing along the way.

Plenty of features that are easy to use and helps streamline our SEO efforts for new clients - the listing submission feature and Google post scheduling are the most useful elements in our business however we also appreciate the fast and efficient customer support process.

I have had quite a few issues with simple functions within Synup. Many of the issues are related to the social media side of the platform, which seems like it is new and not very refined.

**What do you like best about Synup?**

It's pretty easy to create new profiles for our loan officers and create google ads.

**What do you dislike about Synup?**

It was a little hard to figure out at first and I don't see that the things we update in synup always translate to google as they are supposed to. So we have to check it fairly often to make sure it took the edit. We're still trying to get the reviews to feature to actually work too.

**What problems is Synup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're giving our loan officers more visibility and providing more value ad for working with us. Placing google ads has also been much easier. Though we haven't seen much return on that yet, it is still nice to be able to use it.

Ease of use: Synup user-friendly interface has simplified entire process' from updating business information to responding to reviews.

Synup is great value for money and has different pricing plans to suit different business needs. I found a plan which suited my business for a very reasonable price.

I love Synup's review management capabilities and the ability to monitor and respond to reviews from different platforms on a single dashboard is amazing.

The landing pages have been game changing to boosting the visibility for my business in specfic geographic areas.

Synup addresses key challenges that my business faces in managing its online presence.

I can update my business information across multiple platforms within one single dashboard in Synup. This has been particularly helpful during holiday seasons and has saved a lot of time.

The centralised platform for viewing and responding to customer reviews from various platforms allows me to stay on top of feedback and address any concerns promptly without having to use multiple screens and having to remember what platform the review was featured on.

Synup creates and optimises my landing pages which has improve my business' visibility in specfic geographic areas. This has allowed me to offer a local delivery service for a fraction of the cost.

This software has saved me countless hours in managing my online presense. I can now do tasks in minutes rather than hours allowing me to spend time on other areas of the business.

The analytics which Synup provides in relation to my online presense including visibility, review trends, and customer engagement metrics has been fundamental in helping me to make informed decisions.

Overall, I'm really happy with my decision to go with Synup and the suite of tools has simplified processes in managing my online presense and has help grow my customer base.
