What do you like best about Commercient SYNC?

It is one of the few options advertised for syncing Sage 100 to Zoho CRM. Other agencies claim to offer similar services but do not appear in Zoho's marketplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Commercient SYNC?

Before delivering their project as contracted, they had already asked me to leave a five star review on platforms like these in exchange for an incentive, so read the positive reviews with this in mind.

The level of service provided by this vendor, their inability to deliver service as outlined in their contract, and the turnaround time for requests is unacceptable. To put this into concrete terms:

- Our Sage 100 to Zoho CRM has been broken for a month, and Commercient has been unwilling to provide a timeline for resolution, often unresponsive, and evasive when asked to commit to a fix.

- Pushing records from Zoho CRM to Sage 100 as advertised and contracted for has never functioned correctly.

- A sync reconfiguration requested and paid for in June (they require upfront payment for changes) has still not been delivered in October. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Commercient SYNC?

The customer support has been pretty good. It has been over 2 years trying to get this to work in our system, and we are finally getting close to having it the way we need it. They have been very helpful, and haven't charged for additional support except for very specific out of scope things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Commercient SYNC?

Most of the people we have dealt with are overseas and a support ticket placed today will not be addressed until at least tomorrow. Sometimes the gap in time is frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasionally, customizations require assistance from support instead of being done in-house. While not a major issue, having more control over sync configurations would be helpful. What do you like best about Commercient SYNC?

Our experience has been very positive. They've done a great job with syncing our ERP data into Zoho CRM, even when Zoho threw them a few curveballs (with changes on Zoho's end). They were able to navigate those changes without causing any issues on our end. Also, they have very efficient customer service - they pretty much held our hand throughout the entire process and always responded to emails promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Commercient SYNC?

The overall sync process can take a long time and there can be a lot of back and forth. I think this is really dependent on the customer and how much data you are syncing though. They are upfront though and state that it can take 8-10 weeks. As a customer, ensuring you have all your ducks in a row can help you stay within that timeline. What do you like best about Commercient SYNC?

It's been a great experience working with Commercient to sync our QB data with Salesforce. They are very helpful when small issues arise and they are extremely proactive with maintaining our sync accurate and error free. What do you like best about Commercient SYNC?

Commercient is a "white glove" experience - the best part is that they manage the entire sync for you. Their support/engineering team is quick to respond and professional. Our Sales Team has access to more data than ever before (sales orders, shipping details, inventory/lead times, etc.) and our office staff can access almost any data from our ERP with ease. We implemented our Commercient Sync in 2014. If I could go back in time, I would've made sure we took advantage of the native "parent/child relationship" functionality in Salesforce. What do you like best about Commercient SYNC?

We have been working with Commercient for over two years now and whilst initial set up was slow as we have limited resources and IT infrastructure, since implementation, it has been a breeze. Successfully passing information through from our ERP to CRM and back again. For what they do, I don't believe there is a better option on the market.
