I use Commercient SYNC to sync our Sage accounting software with Salesforce. It updates any product pricing changes in Sage to Salesforce and creates orders in Sage from Salesforce orders, saving us the time of double entry. It just works in the background and I don't have to think about it. It's customizable, so if our workflow changes, we can adapt the integration to handle it. I don't have to spend a lot of time talking to support trying to figure out issues.
