The team is responsive, and I appreciate that aspect the most about Commercient SYNC. Aside from resolution time, the team's reachability is a strong quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Commercient SYNC? I've had too many pain points with Commercient SYNC. From onboarding to today, it's been more than 2 years and the technical and support team seem to work disconnectedly. During onboarding, we had the same issues repeatedly, and now this persists. The technical team focuses on the sole issue pointed out via a support ticket, but it soon pops up again. The initial setup was a nightmare and doubled the estimated project completion time.
