"Smooth Surecloud Implementation with Dedicated Product Manager and Great Training"

What do you like best about SureCloud?

We reviewed a number of Risk Management systems and found Surecloud to be the best fit for our business. The implementation process was very smooth, and this was really helped along by the fact that they assign a Product Manager to you from the outset. The product Manager is involved from day one of the original demo which means that by the time you have decided to implement their system, they already have a really good idea of your system requirements which led to a smooth implementation process. The team were great, they were very patient, put up with our endless queries and provided consistent training ahead of the go live, ensuring that ease of use configured to our exact requirements when we went live was always going to be the outcome. I would highly recommend this system. One of the best features is the dashboard, which can be tailored to individual requirements and is very simple to set up. What do you dislike about SureCloud?

What problems is SureCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

For myself, it's helping with Vendor Management, assisting with the risk tiering process and ensuring that for our higher risk suppliers, we undertake regular reviews and maintain and manage their cyber risks. What do you like best about SureCloud?

SureCloud has been straightforward to implement and tailor to our framework. It’s intuitive to use, so our teams have adopted it quickly. Whenever we’ve needed adjustments, the brilliant support team has responded promptly and actioned the changes without delay. What problems is SureCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Risk and control self-assessments and action tracking were manual and driven from multiple spreadsheets, making it difficult to manage, track and follow-up with the teams. SureCloud has brought all these workstreams together; improved efficiency through automated workflows, increased the visibility of tasks and actions through reporting and notifications and enabled risk and control owners to get a clearer picture of their positions whenever they want. What do you like best about SureCloud?

Good customer support. It’s a unified solution, so the risk, compliance, and third-party modules can work together smoothly. It has somewhat helped automate processes for raising of requests. What do you dislike about SureCloud?

Interface is clunky , sometimes multiple clicks are required , i would prefer an interface which is more user friendly. This was actually fixed by the team by the new release. What do you like best about SureCloud?

I like that SureCloud is simple to navigate with all supplier data held on a central form. It's easy to view supplier assessments and look at any risks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SureCloud?

I think the reporting could be better. I don't like having to export into Excel and apply filters. I'd prefer better reports to show key stats like the number of new assessments versus existing suppliers year on year. New releases take a while to get to production. The security assessments that I sent out to the supplier usually takes a long time to complete. SureCloud sent out notification to my suppliers to remind them to complete the assessment.
