Good reporting if the tool is used fully however the reporting is difficult to configure. Helps with third party risk management too. Good customer service. **What do you dislike about SureCloud?** Cumbersome platform. Difficult to configure effectively. It is a rapidly developing company and I chose them because they are keen to continue developing their software and it has turned into a great working relationship. The software meets our needs, but where there are future improvement opportunities, the SureCloud team do listen and take on board these ideas which is great to see. **What do you dislike about SureCloud?** Some of the background administration in the system for example user management is a bit clunky, but it still does the job. **Recommendations to others considering SureCloud:** Have clear documented requirements, but also listen to the SureCloud team as to how their software can best meet those requirements as they have good ideas and know their system well **What problems is SureCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Product is intuitive to use and the SureCloud team are very focused on wanting to continue to develop the software and listening to people's ideas. **Official Response from Deji Odunela:** > Hi Matt, it’s great to hear that you are enjoying the SureCloud experience. Surecloud platform-Asssessment of features **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2019 **What do you like best about SureCloud?** The best thing is the ability of this platform to manage vulnerability that includea direct feeds from many vulnerability scanning tools (including vulnerability scan scheduling) and supports penetration test data upload.it also provides great framework for the management of incidents. Incident management is key to a company's success and tracking them continuously contributes to further progress. The surecloud platform provides this great framework that helps to assess, track and monitor incidents and also suggests continuous improvement. **What do you dislike about SureCloud?** Nothing that I dislike but I would like to add few tips to improve. This sounds business like but adding some fun features like interactive animated chat support, dashboards, links and fields could attract potential users. With the type of investment that has been put into the tool, a great interactive environment is likely to skyrocket the sales of this product to extreme levels. **Recommendations to others considering SureCloud:** I would say that this is professional and realistic tool for risk analysis of the company and for maintaining incidents, avoiding threats and monitoring vulnerabilities of the business applications. **What problems is SureCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Surecloud for incident management to track all of our incidents, for recognising the security threats in our business applications and also vulnerability, risk management across our geographic locations, groups and branches. **Official Response from Deji Odunela:** > Hi there, thank you for taking the time to write us a review and for your kind words.
