BlackKite stand out for their innovations and engagement when compared to their competitors. Its so refreshing to work with a company that doesn't dictate features, lock me in to pricing tiers to overtly pay for what should be table-stakes and that actively engages for my feedback on the roadmap. So easy to onbboard and get value quickly. Bravo! **What do you dislike about Black Kite?** There is a common growth milestone for startups that product strategy can be a collaborative process, it can take several iterations to introduce a new feature and with a resulting time constraint. I encourage to spend time deliberating on methiods to improve that, maye a formal pilot, early-adopter or with co-development incentives. **What problems is Black Kite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Adversaries are exploiting your 3rd and 4th party supply chain, its a daily headline.
