The implementation process was very smooth, and this was really helped along by the fact that they assign a Product Manager to you from the outset. The product Manager is involved from day one of the original demo which means that by the time you have decided to implement their system, they already have a really good idea of your system requirements which led to a smooth implementation process. The team were great, they were very patient, put up with our endless queries and provided consistent training ahead of the go live, ensuring that ease of use configured to our exact requirements when we went live was always going to be the outcome. I would highly recommend this system. One of the best features is the dashboard, which can be tailored to individual requirements and is very simple to set up. The dashboard reports and graphics can easily be exported and dropped into any documents you need them for. **What do you dislike about SureCloud?** At this stage i do not have any dislikes. **What problems is SureCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** For myself, it's helping with Vendor Management, assisting with the risk tiering process and ensuring that for our higher risk suppliers, we undertake regular reviews and maintain and manage their cyber risks. This is just a part of what the system is covering, but is the leement that I'm involved in. ### 2. It’s intuitive to use, so our teams have adopted it quickly. Whenever we’ve needed adjustments, the brilliant support team has responded promptly and actioned the changes without delay. SureCloud comes with a wide range of great features and apps which has helped us bring multiple workstreams together in one place. **What do you dislike about SureCloud?** We don't have any material dislikes to report. Any bugs have been quickly resolved. **What problems is SureCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Risk and control self-assessments and action tracking were manual and driven from multiple spreadsheets, making it difficult to manage, track and follow-up with the teams. SureCloud has brought all these workstreams together; improved efficiency through automated workflows, increased the visibility of tasks and actions through reporting and notifications and enabled risk and control owners to get a clearer picture of their positions whenever they want. Ultimately we're able to spend more quality time talking about our risks and opportunities rather than preparing and assessing the data. ### 3. It’s a unified solution, so the risk, compliance, and third-party modules can work together smoothly. It has somewhat helped automate processes for raising of requests. It allowed the business to record risk in a more universal manner. **What do you dislike about SureCloud?** Interface is clunky , sometimes multiple clicks are required , i would prefer an interface which is more user friendly. This was actually fixed by the team by the new release. The GUI on the new platform is a lot more intuitive and has fixed the issues we had in relation to the old interface. **What problems is SureCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** SureCloud has helped log risks more efficiently, allowed us to create interactive dashboards and connect up to PowerBI ### 4. It's easy to view supplier assessments and look at any risks. **What do you dislike about SureCloud?** I think the reporting could be better. I don't like having to export into Excel and apply filters. I'd prefer better reports to show key stats like the number of new assessments versus existing suppliers year on year. New releases take a while to get to production. **What problems is SureCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** SureCloud allows us to manage supplier assessments, schedule reviews, and view supplier data easily on a central form, streamlining risk assessment. ### 6. SureCloud sent out notification to my suppliers to remind them to complete the assessment. SureCloud also has some nice reporting features. **What do you dislike about SureCloud?** Still exploring SureCloud at the moment. **What problems is SureCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Usually my security assessment sent to the suppliers takes a long time to complete. SureCloud allow us to send email reminders to our suppliers. This help to shorten the turnaround time for completing the assessment. ### 8.
