It's great that SureCloud offers a no-code, drag-and-drop build, granting me certain levels of access to maintain and improve the system as changes occur. I appreciate the introduction of Gracie (AI), which presents huge opportunities to save time by assisting the performance of tasks such as testing and spot checks on self-assessments. This time-saving feature allows my team to focus more on important risk controls rather than administrative aspects.
