Good customer support. It’s a unified solution, so the risk, compliance, and third-party modules can work together smoothly. It has somewhat helped automate processes for raising of requests. It allowed the business to record risk in a more universal manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SureCloud? Interface is clunky , sometimes multiple clicks are required , i would prefer an interface which is more user friendly. This was actually fixed by the team by the new release. Clear audit trail for data protection compliance such as DPIAs, SARs, incidents register. Good reporting if the tool is used fully however the reporting is difficult to configure.
