"Gave us the ability to automate third party assessment processes to almost 100%"

What do you like best about SureCloud?

The ability to customise the assessments and the risk logic behind them is something that no other provider was able to deliver. In a fast paced tech organisation you need to be able to adjust and customise risk appetites, tiering and scoring on a continuous basis. Having the ability to do so on the Surecloud system, create custom scoring for each assessment question, custom Tiers for third parties and different assessments of the shelf without further integration support was excellent start. We further customised the system with excellent support from Surecloud's implementation team and introduced automated acceptance of assessments based on organisational risk appetite. We didn't manage to get this end to end flow presented by any other providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SureCloud?

The UI could be better and faster and in some cases a user has to follow quite a few steps prior to navigating between the sections, but you get used to it. Integration with JIRA is somewhat limited which is what we wanted - hoping that this will get better with time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SureCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used Surecloud for third party assessments and we managed to move to a self-serve process which removes information security from the process, allowing us to focus only on assessments which do not meet the criteria and baseline requirements as everything else is automated based on risk scores and risk acceptance thresholds. "Great adaptable solution"

What do you like best about SureCloud?

The end Third Party Assurance life cycle and integration with the Business Impact Assessment has been really useful to integrate the business view and the supplier risk assessment to ensure that the right level of assurance it is provided and to schedule the suppliers better. We have rolled out the risk management solution enterprise wide as a single repository for all our risks, this provides consistency in risk management, effective oversight and assurance, and most importantly ensures that we are managing risks appropriately and making effective decisions. What do you like best about SureCloud?

What problems is SureCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to connect our internal security/data risk assessments with the associated supplier assurance and due diligence checks. We had difficulty combining our business propriatary information risk assessments with the personal data requirements internally within the business and then attaching them to any external supplier security control requirements. Working with the Surecloud development team we have made some slight alterations to the out of the box product to fit our business and are running the Third Party Risk Assessment and Risk and Compliance modules to good effect. "Excellent customer service from Surecloud however the UI is not great"

What do you like best about SureCloud?

Clear audit trail for data protection compliance such as DPIAs, SARs, incidents register. Good reporting if the tool is used fully however the reporting is difficult to configure. Helps with third party risk management too. Good customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
