**What do you like best about Suger?**

I really appreciate the people and processes at Suger. They're extremely knowledgeable and cutting-edge, especially when it comes to working with marketplaces, which makes it easy for us to make changes and adjustments to the system. Their support is fantastic; they're always there to help us with anything, from mentoring us on executing private offers to troubleshooting potential bugs or issues. The initial setup wasn't exactly easy, but it was very smooth and concise given the complexity of the solution. I'm pleased with how they delivered on time and trained us efficiently, and they've certainly enabled us to use cloud marketplaces effectively.

**What do you dislike about Suger?**

Only that they're growing at a pretty rapid pace and at times they're busy and a little bit difficult to get time with them.

**What problems is Suger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Suger to integrate cloud marketplaces with our CRM solution, making it easy to create, edit, and manage private offers for customer approval. It solves complex problems and streamlines the process significantly.

**What do you like best about Suger?**

The people at Suger are a true pleasure to work with. 

Suger's support team as been awesome. They have been super helpful and knowledgeable across all the major cloud providers. The dashboard is really easy to use and the CRM integration has made it simple for us to scale without any headaches. 

Overall great experience with Suger so far.

Suger solves the management of multiple Cloud Marketplaces into one tool that integrates into our CRM which allows us to scale our business.

Good product, great partner mindset. No BS — they listen and deliver.

**What do you dislike about Suger?**

Still maturing on analytics depth and marketplace feature parity, but team is listening and acting fast. Mobile consult of reporting could be improved for people on the road.

**What problems is Suger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use SugerGTM to run our AWS and Azure Marketplace GTM. It’s a solid, easy-to-use platform that actually meets the needs of teams managing marketplace business. Setup is fast, and the Slack support is top-notch — quick, helpful, and real.
We had a long list of requests around reporting and analytics, and the team listened and acted. They’ve been open to feedback and added several of our ideas to their roadmap, which says a lot about how they work with heavy users.
The product’s on the right path. It covers the essentials and keeps improving. The key will be to stay close to marketplace changes and keep the pace of evolution.

Suger is responsive and thorough. The interface is well designed and easy to use. Mostly I adore my account team, every single person has gone above and beyond to ensure our success with hyperscaler programs. I highly recommend Suger and appreciate the service I received from Ana.

I cannot think of anything negative about Suger.

Suger solves the complexity and level of detail needed to scale a business and have GTM Success in the cloud. The expertise they have is invaluable for navigating the hyperscaler ecosystems.

**What do you like best about Suger?**

Suger has greatly simplified our pipeline management by seamlessly integrating our ACE pipeline with HubSpot. The platform is intuitive and easy to implement, saving our team significant time and manual effort. The automation reduces errors, improves visibility across opportunities, and provides a clear single source of truth for both sales and alliance teams. The customer support has also been responsive and helpful throughout the onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about Suger?**

So far, we have had a very positive experience with Suger. If anything, I would say that the platform could benefit from adding more customization options for reporting and dashboards to meet diverse team needs. However, this is a minor point compared to the overall value it delivers.

**What problems is Suger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Suger has eliminated the need for manual updates between our ACE pipeline and HubSpot by automating the integration. This gives us real-time visibility, reduces errors and saves our team valuable time so we can focus on driving opportunities and closing deals.

**What do you like best about Suger?**

Suger has been a transformative platform for our teams at Harness. It’s drastically reduced manual overhead, streamlined workflows, and allowed us to scale our cloud partnerships with ease. The automation capabilities free up our team to focus on strategic priorities, and the intuitive UI made onboarding seamless.

Their Salesforce and Slack integrations create real-time visibility and ensure business continuity across teams. Suger is now a core driver of efficiency and operational impact for us.

Bonus: their support is best-in-class: fast, helpful, and highly responsive. From product to sales to leadership, the Suger team consistently outperforms others in the space.

Not much - The product evolves quickly, and when we need something, the team is fast to deliver.

**What do you like best about Suger?**

Suger has completely streamlined how we manage private offers on both AWS and Azure Marketplace. The platform is intuitive, saves us time, and removes the complexity we used to deal with when working directly in the cloud portals. The support and guidance from the Suger team is top-notch — they’re responsive, knowledgeable, and always open to feedback. It truly feels like a partnership. We also have it integrated into our other systems like Slack and Salesforce, which makes it even easier to use and track everything in one place. I personally leverage Suger every day — it’s become an essential part of our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Suger?**

There’s really not much to dislike. Anytime there is something that causes friction with the platform, they are quick to update and or fix if needed.

**What problems is Suger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As someone managing cloud alliances, Suger has been a huge unlock for streamlining our AWS and Azure Marketplace motions. Before Suger, private offers were manual and time-consuming, making it hard to move quickly with partners and customers.

Now, I use it daily to spin up offers in minutes, track status across teams, and keep everything aligned between our internal sales reps and cloud partners. The Slack and Salesforce integrations make it even easier to stay on top of deals.

Most importantly, it’s helped me co-sell more effectively with AWS — I can move fast when an AE is ready to transact, offer flexible pricing, and close loops quickly without waiting on backend ops. It’s become a core part of how we drive marketplace revenue and grow our partnership with AWS.

**What do you like best about Suger?**

Incredibly responsive and supportive customer service and engineering team -- hugely different experience than what we were getting from the competition. It was quick to implement and they made delightful changes quickly to support some of our needs. Using the product is a straightforward and easy experience for everyone who needs to.

They have a great product, great people, and have helped us navigate both the tactical side of cloud marketplace and CSP co-sell and the strategic side of building a stronger alliance with AWS. Suger is a product we love, but they feel like a partner as well.

I make very few product recommendations, but Suger stands out as an incredibly easy one to make.

**What do you dislike about Suger?**

I don't have a single bad thing to say about their product or team.

**What problems is Suger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Suger for both SFDC <> AWS APN/ACE co-sell and AWS Marketplace listing and transaction services. It excels at both.

**What do you like best about Suger?**

Suger streamlines and consolidates Cloud Marketplace and co-sell engagements. This de-risks private offers, CPPOs, and RPOPs, as well as provides clear line of site to AR to ensure everything is tracked in SFDC.

Upside of Suger is offloading the manual effort of collecting and creating offers / co-sell engagements by integrating with SFDC and providing our team a 1 stop shop directly within each SFDC opp. This allows our team more time to drive activity that creates more cloud sourced opps.

Seamless UI an incredible customer support. My team lives in Suger and or the SFDC integration.

**What do you dislike about Suger?**

GCP hasn't allowed vendors to integrate with partner advantage, the equivalent of ACE for AWS. 

The major gap is manual fund requests within each clouds respective partner portal. If Suger can integrate and have that experience within each SFDC opp, that'd be great.

**What problems is Suger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Suger streamlines and consolidates co-sell activity with the cloud providers. De-risking our business while allowing us to scale with seamless alignment connections via SFDC integration.

Suger.io keeps us fully engaged with AWS & Google on both co-sell engagements and marketplace transactions. The team continues to identity new ways to work with Google and the limited automated tools that Google supports.
