**What do you like best about Clazar Cloud Sales Platform?**

As a team entirely new to cloud marketplace listings, Clazar's onboarding was a lifesaver. They provided clear documentation for setting up our cloud accounts, alongside a detailed, step-by-step breakdown of both Clazar's responsibilities and our own as an ISV. This level of clarity completely removed the guesswork from a complex process.

Following onboarding, setting up the CRM integration was remarkably simple, and the performance has actually exceeded our expectations. Across the board, the user interface has proven to be highly intuitive. While we initially chose Clazar because of their highly competitive price point, the sheer quality and ease of use have made it a massive value win for us.

**What do you dislike about Clazar Cloud Sales Platform?**

Honestly, there is very little to dislike. If I had to give one piece of feedback, it would be around the UI defaults. Currently, we only have one marketplace integration active, though we plan on adding more. Right now, the platform doesn't automatically stick to our active marketplace, meaning I have to manually switch to it quite often. It would be a great quality-of-life update if the UI had the intelligence to remember our default marketplace or auto-select the active one.

The immediate problem Clazar solved for us was the complexity of getting onto cloud marketplaces as a beginner. They removed that initial barrier entirely. The long-term benefit we're most excited about is their unified analytics. Once we roll out to multiple marketplaces, being able to see all of our aggregated data in one place will save our team countless hours of manual reporting.

The support throughout the entire listing process was great, and it was easy to understand what was required from our team versus Clazar. They were always just a Slack message away.

It’s also great to know that Clazar supports other marketplaces as well, although we’re just getting started with AWS.

There were specific parts of the listing that only Clazar could edit on our behalf. It wasn’t a major issue, but we did wish we had the ability to make those changes ourselves.

There are a lot of resources, and it’s easy to experience information overload when trying to list on a marketplace. Using Clazar eliminated the need for extensive research since they already had the answers and the relationship with AWS. It allowed our team to focus on the listing itself and on the pipeline of customers looking to purchase through the marketplace.

Clazar has made it significantly easier to operationalize our AWS co-sell motion by providing a seamless connection between our CRM and ACE.The automatic synchronization of opportunities, partner metadata, and pipeline updates has saved our team hours of manual work and improved accuracy in reporting.

The dashboards and workflow visibility are particularly helpful — they allow both Sales, Partner and deal desk teams to track AWS opportunity progression and funding eligibility in real time. The onboarding support was responsive, and the platform continues to evolve quickly based on user feedback.

Overall, Clazar has streamlined our marketplace and ACE engagement, reduced administrative overhead, and accelerated how we align with AWS co-sell programs — a clear upside for any ISV with an active AWS motion.

While the platform offers robust capabilities, I have encountered some friction when trying to customize fields or map unique CRM data models, especially when dealing with a complex CRM schema. Occasionally, there is noticeable sync latency between SFDC and ACE, which can delay the visibility of opportunity status updates. 

Reporting features are on the rise, but the addition of more advanced analytics and configurable alerts would further enhance the experience. Overall, these issues feel like minor growing pains for a rapidly evolving platform. However, increased flexibility and greater transparency in configuration would make Clazar even more valuable.

**What problems is Clazar Cloud Sales Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Clazar, managing AWS co-sell opportunities meant we had to constantly update information manually between our CRM and ACE. This often resulted in data mismatches, reduced visibility, and missed chances for funding. 

With Clazar, that entire process is now fully automated. Opportunities, partner information, and status updates are synced in real time, removing the need for manual intervention.

This automation has eliminated redundant work across our Sales, Alliances, and Operations teams, and we now have confidence that every qualifying deal is submitted to AWS accurately and on schedule. As a result, our co-sell process has become faster, our partnership with AWS has grown stronger, and both sides benefit from clearer pipeline visibility.

Overall, Clazar has transformed what was once a tedious and error-prone administrative burden into a workflow that is scalable, compliant, and auditable, directly contributing to increased joint revenue.

What I like best about Clazar is their deep knowledge and best-practice sharing in managing marketplace operations. The platform has made it incredibly easy to list and manage our AWS Marketplace offerings. With Clazar, we were able to get listed on AWS Marketplace within a week, which saved us a huge amount of time.

Their support team is also outstanding, always available, responsive, and helpful with integrations and co-sell pipeline management, and best practices with private and public offers via Marketplace.

 One of the most impactful features for us is the ability to automatically submit our desired selection of pipeline to AWS Marketplace, which eliminates a lot of manual work and streamlines the whole process of Co-Selling through AWS.

There is no downside of using Clazar for us, it has always been contributing to our goals.

We had an excellent experience with the team at Clazar. I can't speak highly enough of Deepshika. My company is an AWS partner, and we've done the AWS Marketplace setup a few times for various products. This time we used Clazar, and it completely changed the experience. For context, my team is in the voice agents space. The space is developing rapidly, and we're focused on engineering and maintaining the product. Working with Clazar made it possible to get up and running in the Marketplace quickly. They had clear steps, and also specific recommendations on best practices. Deepshika is one of the best customer success / architects I've ever worked with, at any vendor. Fast response, excellent insight. Also no drama — she was very easy to work with when we collaborated on copy, and requested edits (since we know our product better than anyone!). Not only did they get us live much faster than I thought possible, our listing is much higher quality, and optimized for best practices. I would not hesitate to work with them again and recommend them to any startup founder.

My experience with Clazar has been outstanding, particularly thanks to their customer success and support team. When we sent out our first Azure offer, our customer success specialist, Dixit, provided exceptional support. He was knowledgeable, highly responsive, and willing to join calls with us and our client on very short notice to ensure everything was handled properly. He truly went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we need, and I can't express how much we appreciate it! Additionally, I find Clazar itself to be a user-friendly tool.

It would be awesome if there was an ability to export signed offers as PDFs, and to generate reminder notifications to clients from within Clazar (for an offer expiring soon, for example), but aside from those two - Clazar has been an incredible tool to use!

When starting to work with marketplaces, the financial side requires defining a lot of processes and handling data from very scattered sources. Clazar makes this much easier by providing visibility and simplifying data extraction, since each marketplace normally has information dispersed in ways that are not very accessible.
The feature I use the most is the payouts module, which is key for reconciling collected invoices. Another major advantage is their Slack-based support team: responsive, available, and always willing to help with new use cases.

I would appreciate it if the menu structure were standardized. Currently, it follows the logic of AWS and GCP platforms, which means that finding the same type of information (like payouts) requires navigating through different paths depending on the marketplace.

The platform abstracts away the messy parts of marketplace onboarding, listing, Co-Sell and entitlement management. Their team is responsive and knowledgeable, and the product feels purpose-built for ISVs who want to scale cloud sales quickly. We were able to get live in weeks instead of months.

Sometimes the workflows require leaning on Clazar’s team for support instead of being fully self-service. That said, their pace of improvement is fast, and the team is receptive to feedback.

Normally, standing up marketplace offers involves complex integrations, managing private contracts, and ongoing maintenance across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The Salesforce integration is especially valuable, as it allows us to manage offers, metering, and buyer insights directly within our existing workflows. Their intuitive UI and automation features enable us to launch and iterate quickly, even during product updates or partner tier changes.

As a Partner Operations Manager, I need tools that scale without drama. Clazar eliminates the friction of managing multiple cloud marketplaces separately. It streamlines quoting, discounting, and private offers, helping us maintain clean data and accelerate GTM execution. Their customer support is exceptional—responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive from onboarding through implementation. While Clazar is incredibly effective at streamlining cloud marketplace operations, there are a few areas where it could improve. Occasionally, we’ve encountered minor hiccups with listing publication and bi-directional sync—especially when integrating with tools like Salesforce or during rapid product updates. These issues didn’t derail our workflow, but they did require manual intervention and support follow-up.
Additionally, the platform’s customization options for reporting and dashboard views could be more flexible. For teams managing complex partner tiers or co-sell motions, deeper filtering and segmentation would help surface insights faster.
That said, Clazar’s support team is highly responsive, and most issues are resolved quickly. The platform’s strengths far outweigh these limitations, but there’s room for refinement as they scale.

Clazar is a powerful yet easy to use tool that makes multicloud integration simple, You’re working with GCP, Azure, or AWS, all from a single platform. It’s very user friendly when it comes to integration and maintenance since most of the key features are built in. You can easily schedule jobs with the Clazar automation tool, and the best part is that all the information is right there in a Salesforce widget for quick access.

Aside from the Clazar tool itself, one of the best aspects is their support and integration team, they’re very easy to reach and usually respond within 1–2 hours.

**What do you dislike about Clazar Cloud Sales Platform?**

So far, I haven’t run into any major roadblocks with Clazar. It would be nice to have a dashboard view within Salesforce, but that’s more of a nice-to-have than a functional limitation.

Not all tools provide native integration with Salesforce, which meant we previously had to manage data manually through loading and comparisons—a big challenge when working across GCP, Azure, and AWS. Clazar brings everything together by offering seamless integrations directly within Salesforce. There’s no need to switch back and forth, as you can manage everything status updates, imports, and exports right from Salesforce

What really stands out to me is how intuitive Clazar makes Scytale's Hubspot connection to the AWS APN. The platform streamlines what can be a very complex process, especially around automating private offers and co-selling motions.

But more than that, their customer service is truly exceptional. I work closely with the Clazar team in my role as an AWS Alliance Lead, and they consistently go above and beyond to support the Scytale team (jumping on a call last minute, providing fast and thoughtful responses, or proactively helping us optimize how we use the platform).

There are some UX elements that could be more streamlined or intuitive, especially for newer users.

**What problems is Clazar Cloud Sales Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clazar is helping solve the pain of uploading ACE opportunities as well as scaling AWS marketplace sales, which from a sales and alliance perspective can be complex and time-consuming without the right tools. Before using Clazar, managing listings, private offers, co-sell motions, and tracking everything was a headache. 

Now, we have a centralized, automated solution that streamlines the entire process, from listing to co-selling. This has saved us SO much time and also has assisted us accelerating revenue through AWS marketplace. Major benefit has been around the partnership motions with AWS much more structured and impactful. Clazar has helped us unlock more marketplace opportunities, and their team's hands-on support makes the process a lot easier.

I enjoy both the technology and the professional services that come with the service. The technology proves to be a valuable overlay that streamlines workflows and provides a better UI that is unified across the different hyperscalers we work with. This reduces time spent in needing to learn and switch between different systems, as well as, automating arduous, manual tasks. The professional services team is invaluable to guide and support the set up and ongoing questions that arise as we get deeper into the sales motion.

There are no downsides to date - we are looking forward to using the new automation and buyers intelligence tools to make our processes more efficient.

From an accountant's perspective, Clazar stands out for the reporting capability it offers. Marketplace listing platforms offer limited reporting and insights functions. Clazar offers reporting features that are not easily accessible through marketplace, making it an incredibly useful tool for accountants and finance teams. 

With the help of the Clazar support team, I was able to create detailed, customizable reports that helped with reduce the time to reconcile fees and forecast billing scheduled and cash flow. I highly recommend this platform for your revenue tracking needs.

Clazar is still working out some early kinks, but the team is incredibly receptive to feedback and consistently quick to implement needed solutions.

Tool is very easy to use. Customer support is exceptional. Anytime there is an issue or a question, their team hops on it immediately. They are also very happy to jump on a call to discuss anything! A+ support

Some of the functionality could be improved to call out errors and how to resolve. From time to time will run into issues that cannot be quickly solved, so it causes duplicative work by making a new offer to resolve issue.

Helps create a standardized and efficient process for all marketplace offers we need to create and send out. Additionally makes booking deals very easy by creating acceptance material that pulls all relevant info. Lastly, Clazar support helps resolve issues that would normally slow business down. The Clazar support supplied ensures our business can continue moving at the pace we need to move at.

As a novice to setting up AWS listings, Clazar made the whole process very easy. Their customer success team in particular was super helpful and has been available to guide us through some particular nuances of the process. 

Previously we'd tried four times over 3 years to set up our own AWS listing and work directly with Amazon. Every time we hit a blocker, until we worked with Clazar - at which point it was done in two weeks.

**What do you like best about Clazar Cloud Sales Platform?**

The team at Clazar is super responsive and helpful. I was at the signature stage of a late-stage sales deal when the client requested to transact via the AWS Marketplace. My company doesn't have a marketplace/partnerships manager, so I leaned heavily on the Clazar team to walk me through the AWS Marketplace private offer process. Clazar saved my butt and we were able to sign the contract and make the customer happy by transacting through AWS Marketplace. Ankit Roy from Clazar supports my company, Collate, specifically and he's a rockstar - very happy to work with him.

The platform itself is intuitive and is able to handle our somewhat complex multi-year quoting requirements. The UI itself is snappy and auto-saves. I created a private offer for a client via Clazar and was able to revisit it days later with my work saved.

I haven't encountered anything worth calling out. My role is on the sales side, not the backend setup, so I can't speak to the setup process.

What I liked best about the Clazar platform was how easy it was to navigate and set up. The team has been a pleasure to work with—always quick to respond and eager to help. Deepshikha and Adi guided me and the team at LucidLink through every step of our AWS Marketplace integration, turning what could have been a complex process into a smooth and straightforward experience. Their expertise, clear communication, and proactive support helped us avoid roadblocks and stay on track from start to finish.

Some steps or instructions could have been clearer—particularly regarding the differences between a 'Public' and 'Private' listing. That said, these points were minor and not something we could adjust or fix, so they didn’t significantly impact the overall process.

Previous Response: The sales process was clear and not full of pressure to 'buy today.' The platform handles two aspects of a CSP relationship: hosting of the marketplace listing, as well as the co-sell features that integrate easily with Salesforce. The implementation was fast and quite easy - the documentation and guidance from the Clazar team helped us go live in a couple of 45 minute calls. - The sales team now can easily self-serve deal registrations with CSPs - The interface to build Sales Offers is clean and easy to use for Sales Ops and Alliances Moving forward with Clazar was an easy decision based on the feature-set, the cost, and the support the team offers to customers throughout the whole process.  Support has also been very helpful, and easily accessible via Slack.

The pricing options were a bit confusing at first.

Cloud Marketplace interfaces and programs are typically accessed and used by alliance professionals and/or sales operations teams.  Prior to Clazar, we manually entered deal registrations, one-by-one, which makes scaling a co-sell motion impossible.  Clazar's automation saves a ridiculous amount of time - in fact, probably one headcount - as every seller in our organization can register opps for co-sell with. one simple click of a button in SFDC.

Clazar has been a game-changer for our AWS co-sell strategy. As we began to scale our efforts with hyperscalers, we needed a way to manage our AWS ACE opportunity pipeline directly within HubSpot, and Clazar delivered exactly that.

What I like best is the platform's simplicity and ease of use. Onboarding our team was incredibly straightforward, and everyone was able to get up and running quickly. The HubSpot integration is seamless and has saved our team a significant amount of time by eliminating the need for duplicate data entry when managing our co-sell pipeline with AWS. This improved efficiency has not only streamlined our internal processes but has also helped strengthen our relationship with AWS by allowing us to manage our joint pipeline more effectively.

What truly sets Clazar apart, however, is their customer success and support team. They are incredibly responsive, acting with a sense of urgency on all of our requests. Their support has had a direct and measurable impact on our pipeline and efficiency.

We've also run into a few instances where Clazar's automations seem to conflict with our existing HubSpot workflows. Our primary challenge was the inefficiency of managing our AWS co-sell pipeline across two separate systems: HubSpot and the AWS ACE portal. This friction meant our sales team often struggled to log opportunities correctly or maintain their pipeline, as it required constant, manual data entry.

Clazar solves this fundamental problem by creating a seamless, two-way sync between both platforms. This has directly benefited us by boosting team efficiency, as it eliminates duplicate work and saves our sales team significant time to focus on selling. Previous Response: Onboarding with hyperscaler marketplaces can often feel overwhelming, with too much content and a steep learning curve. You really need someone who understands the listing process, integrations, and how to effectively market to sellers. That’s where the Clazar team came in. They supported us across the board—helping with integrations (including CRM), showing us how to claim additional cloud credits, and giving us an easy way to load and track new sales opportunities. Their platform has become part of our daily workflow. The implementation team (and customer support) was not only knowledgeable but also highly responsive, making the whole process smooth and straightforward.

Previous Response: I’d love to see more robust reporting features added to the platform. Another improvement would be the ability to easily share updates or newsletters directly with AWS PSMs and account teams within Clazar. Clazar made it incredibly easy for us to list on AWS Marketplace without having to deal with all the technical and billing complexities ourselves. Their platform is clean, intuitive, and does exactly what we need it to do ,  no fluff!! But honestly, what stood out most was the support: their team was proactive, responsive, and super knowledgeable about everything from private offers to how to qualify for AWS credits. It’s a no-brainer if you want to launch fast and do it right.

There’s not much to dislike. If anything, I’d say some of the configuration flexibility could be expanded (e.g. around advanced usage tiers) or some more information sharing on companies with multiple offices or HQs and how that affects the AWS country account, but it hasn’t been a blocker for us. Clazar has been a true partner for us. I use their platform daily — for everything marketplace-related, to customers' MP data, and more. Our use case is quite unique, and they’ve been extremely collaborative in building the features, reports, filters, views, and integrations we need. The UI is intuitive and continuously improving — many of the enhancements we see are ones we specifically requested, such as new filters and customized views. For example, they helped us connect our internal customer IDs with their corresponding marketplace IDs, which was critical for accurate reconciliation. Their support is also outstanding — we can open a ticket via Slack, get immediate acknowledgment, and receive regular updates on progress. They even handle marketplace-related tickets on our behalf, saving us significant time and effort.

In the early days, it took some time for the team to fully understand our needs and get up to speed, so progress felt slow at first. Additionally, the website occasionally freezes or runs slowly, though this has been happening less and less recently. Post-migration to the Clazar platform, we are happy with the exceptional level of customer support provided. The Clazar team has demonstrated outstanding responsiveness and dedication. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Adi Patil and Deepshikha for their assistance and commitment. 

Clazar portal has an intuitive interface, easy simple onboarding and also provides out of the box integrations with support tools.  One of the most valuable features we are looking forward to leveraging is the automation of the cloud sales process. We anticipate this functionality will significantly enhance the onboarding experience for our public marketplace customers.

Tools are meant to make complex processes easier. Clazar does exactly that. One piece that I was not expecting to get as much value from is the continued expertise from the team around the Cloud Platforms and they not only provide the tool to make the private offer process easier, they are experts with recommendations around how offers work in each platform.

For our business, there are some limitations to what the platform can handle due to CSP portal limitations. But to combat this the team is extremely helpful when it comes to guidance around these deals that are not done via the Clazar tool.

We use the platform for Private Offer management and creation (except for those that are limited by the CSP providers).

Exceptional Support Team: One of the standout aspects of Clazar is their support. Every time we’ve had a question or needed help, their team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. It’s clear they care about their customers and are invested in our success.

Easy-to-Use API: Integration was straightforward. Their API is well-documented and easy to implement, which made the technical setup smooth and quick.

User-Friendly Interface: The UI is clean and intuitive. I can easily find what I’m looking for—whether it's details about buyers, contracts, metering, or anything else. It saves time and reduces friction, especially when managing multiple deals or listings.

**What do you dislike about Clazar Cloud Sales Platform?**

One area that could use improvement is error reporting for failed metering submissions. We recently ran into an issue with AWS where a buyer’s contract showed as “Active,” but metering submissions failed with a vague CustomerNotSubscribed error. There were no further details, and we had to log a ticket with AWS—which took nearly a week—to find out that the customer was considered "unbillable." It would be extremely helpful if Clazar could surface more diagnostic information or context in such cases to reduce the troubleshooting time.

Clazar acts as a critical bridge between our internal billing system and the invoices sent to our customers through cloud marketplaces like AWS, GCP, and Azure. It handles the complexity of translating our billing events into the format required by each cloud provider, automating the submission process and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

We've been using Clazar for a while now, and the Salesforce integration has been a game-changer for our team. It’s made managing opportunities so much easier and has streamlined a lot of our workflows. I actually brought Clazar over from my last company because I knew how valuable it could be. The team is incredibly agile and responsive, and as a young company, they’re actively seek and are open to feedback, which means we’ve had the ability to help shape the roadmap in meaningful ways. On top of that, they’re just genuinely kind people. They were super supportive through the setup process and have continued to be especially as AWS rules/APIs continue to evolve. Finally, SUPER easy/fast to set up.

Not Clazar's fault, but due to evolving AWS rules, APIs, new features/functionality, sometimes things break and require fixing.

Clazar has taken a ton of the manual work out of managing our AWS co-sell motion. We used to spend a lot of time tracking down deal statuses, updating Salesforce, and trying to keep up with AWS’s evolving process. Now it’s all streamlined: everything syncs automatically. It’s made life a lot easier for our team and helped us move faster without things slipping through the cracks.

Clazar's customer service has been A+. While the platform is easy to use and straightforward to integrate, their customer service is what really sealed it for me.  We needed to move fast, get up and running in AWS Marketplace quickly, updated listings quickly during product launches as well as integrate with HubSpot.  From the pre-sales process through the implementation and operation of our system, their customer support has been fantastic.  It's like I have several other members of the team I can rely upon.  And this allows me to scale my activities in other areas to that meaningfully impact the growth of our business.

**What do you dislike about Clazar Cloud Sales Platform?**

The plaform itself had a couple bugs around listing publishing and HubSpot bi-drectional synch. But honestly, I 100% expected those sort of issues and the customer support to walk me through the issues and setup completely overshadowed these expected implementation hickups.  I actually would say these issues actually showcased for me how responsive, effective and supportive the Clazar team could be.

One of the best things about Clazar is how well it integrates with AWS to make the cosell process easier. I was able to integrate it into HubSpot easily which has made my life easier. Now, I don't need to log into the AWS partner portal on a daily basis.

So far, I haven't encountered any major issues with the Clazar Cloud Sales Platform. The overall experience has been smooth, and the benefits have outweighed any minor challenges.
