I like how Suger automates our cloud marketplace sales, especially in managing private offers directly from our CRM. It helps track usage-based billings and syncs coselling data with cloud partners efficiently. The way it handles custom deals without slowing us down is impressive. Our team can quickly set up a specific monthly price or custom terms for a client through the AWS marketplace within our CRM, saving us from complex cloud consoles. The platform saves a massive amount of time as our sales reps can generate and send custom quotes quickly, without needing to rely on technical configuration or internal approvals, speeding up the deal process. Because it deals with highly complex cloud architectures, the initial setup and docs can feel a bit overwhelming for a small team without deep devops expertise. Additionally, because the cloud marketplaces update their own portals and rules frequently, Suger's UI occasionally has to play catch up. We will like to see 2 main improvements. For the learning curve, we need simplified templates and onboarding guides designed for small businesses. Right now, the documentation is dense with enterprise stuff.
