If I want to set up a new monitor, there are easy steps that don't trip me up even if I haven't logged in in a long time. The multitude of features is also a huge win. We have been using this for 5 years, and haven't even discovered everything we can do. Other technologies come and go. Some get popular and then lose popularity, and you have to uninstall complicated monitors to switch.
