**What do you like best about Sendcloud?**

The ease of installation, integration, and synchronization with the different channels and carriers is remarkable. In our case, it perfectly coordinates the ecommerce based on Prestashop with the various Amazon Europe channels. The generation of picking lists before printing all the delivery notes works very well and is very useful. Additionally, the flexibility to upload your own contracts with carriers, along with those offered by the platform, is also a plus.

**What do you dislike about Sendcloud?**

It would be convenient to allow the creation of follow-up tickets for incidents related to own contract carriers. Additionally, it would be useful to be given the option to manage these cases until the final delivery.

**What problems is Sendcloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a single software in warehouses that allows the integration of all sales channels is a great advantage. Additionally, the ability to change carriers quickly as needed is very useful.

I guess they were helpful with the demos pre-sales, when it all looked goof.

**What do you dislike about Sendcloud?**

Where to start. The software is unfortunately riddled with bugs, most importantly when selecting a pricing option for Royal Mail, when a parcel is within a lower limit it will pick the size above, which as you can imagine is VERY expensive. Support just keep blaming their developers, who seem to like to take a lot of holidays, and promised deadlines to respond to use are missed. Emailing our initial contact at sendcloud results in radio silence. We've faced other simialar bugs and had similar issues.

**What problems is Sendcloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's supposed to be allowing us one API endpoint to talk to multiple carriers, unfortunetely it's riddled with bugs!

**What do you like best about Sendcloud?**

Sendcloud is an all-in-on platform where all your parcels works can be processed. It is easy to use, user-friendly, logic and straightforward. With it you don't have to browse between parcel carriers' portals, which are often cumbersome and slow. It connects all the major carriers out-of-box, whose rates have been negotiated. So it's just plug-and-go. With the wide integration of e-commerce platforms, Setting up a webshop can be done within a single day. The customer service is helpful and responsive. Beyond the AI and human customer service about parcels, they also have an expert team who can help you with specific questions related to implementation.

**What do you dislike about Sendcloud?**

The system is so out-of-box that the room for deep customization is limited. If your business operation deviates a bit from what Sendcloud's typical customers do, you will find it difficult to tailor the system to your unique need. Though, with their API and marketplace tailor making is still possible to certain degree.

**What problems is Sendcloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In old days if you want to ship something physically you had to talk to parcel carriers to sign contracts, negotiate rates, etc. This was a horrible process and in the end you had to use the carrier's outdated old-fashion portal. With Sendcloud you can now set up your whole logistic part all-in-one-place and out-of-box. That makes e-commerce much faster.

Sendcloud is especially helpful because it centralizes shipping management across multiple carriers in one platform. Some advanced features require higher-tier plans, and certain carrier-specific issues (like pickup reliability or delays) are outside of Sendcloud’s direct control. Additionally, when handling complex or high-volume operations, some processes still require manual intervention or external coordination with carriers.

Sendcloud solves the complexity of managing shipping across multiple carriers and sales channels. It reduces manual work, limits errors in label creation and tracking, and centralizes shipment data in one place. **What do you like best about Sendcloud?**

SendCloud is an excellent platform that has made it really easy for us to make shipments on a daily basis. Implementing Sendcloud was very easy. Previously we were using UPS WorldShip software which was very difficult to maintain and was extremely difficult to integrate with. SendCloud offers a great solution with really useful API for integrations with our ERP software and the dashboard interface is easy to use. SendCloud Support is also phenomenal with some of the best support I've ever experienced from a software vendor. Highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about Sendcloud?**

SendCloud have not yet got a solution specific to Amazon Vendor Central, (but they do for Seller Central) and an external interface had to be developed.

We are working with Sendcloud support to build an integration to amazon buy shipping. The support has been phenomenal with frequent and easy communication.

We’re getting a lot more shipment-related requests. We used UPS before, and since switching, the number of shipment requests that require extra data has gone up by about 70%.

Used to work fine. Before 2025 the customer service wás good.

**What do you dislike about Sendcloud?**

Their software keeps breaking. Complaints take a long time to fix.

Our previous problem that was discovered in april 2025 took about 6 months to fix. There's currently problems with their Boxwise integration that they have been "trying" to fix for almost two months and only recently they asked for more information.

We've been a long time user (over 5 years) and we've seen the company decline in usability and functionality, only to add useless ai features. All their good account managers quit and prices have been increasing with over 15% every year.

I like how easy and scalable Sendcloud is. I appreciate its simplicity, and the initial setup was also very simple. Overall, it is very easy to get started and up and running quickly.

It seems a bit expensive to me and, moreover, I don't notice a big difference between the different plans.

We can't choose the way labels come out on the portal. 
We can't modify the printed label ( with or without company logo, reference,...) 
The lack of support for developers, very long to respond. 
I have been waiting months to have an issue solved on the return platform not showing DHL Express as option.

The most helpful thing about Sendcloud is looking into your analystics, choosing different carriers at any time and easy submission of complaints handled by SendCloud. The CSM helped us throughout the process of implementing sendcloud in our business.

The downsides are mostly the long wait when trying to reach support by phone, they are queit busy in the Netherlands. The wait for the English line is much shorter, so you always can choose for that option.

We work with Sendcloud daily, and the most helpful feature for us is the integration of online platforms like Amazon and eBay. Shipments are automatically marked as sent by Sendcloud, and the tracking numbers are also automatically recorded, which results in enormous time savings. The interface is very user-friendly, which makes the implementation easy for us in the daily use of the program. In advance, you receive extensive explanations via video call, and the later support is also impeccable.

Currently, there are only advantages for us and we have not had any negative experiences so far.

It was always problematic for us to keep track of which shipments have already been confirmed on which platform and what the weights of the goods are. With sendcloud, you have everything at a glance and the weights are imported automatically.

The service works well, but if there is a problem that goes just beyond ordinary management, nothing is ever achieved.

The customer service must be improved for handling issues with couriers and internally with the marketing service. They promised a gift voucher in exchange for a survey and then pretended not to know about the promotion, not giving it.

It was not possible to book pickups with Bartolini, but now it is, so I can also use that courier.

**What do you like best about Sendcloud?**

I have been using Sendcloud for a few months and I must say it has completely revolutionized the management of shipments for the company where I manage the web sales department. The platform is intuitive, easy to configure, and allows for quick integration of major couriers, greatly simplifying daily work.

One of its strengths is the ability to quickly process orders by downloading information from multiple sales channels (in our case Amazon and Prestashop). Additionally, the automatic update of tracking status and direct communication to the customer via email has improved reviews. The customer service is always available and competent: on more than one occasion I have received quick and effective responses, especially when we had to configure the program for the first time.

I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to optimize logistics and offer impeccable service to their customers.

**What do you dislike about Sendcloud?**

In some areas, responsiveness should be improved, particularly in the loading of orders which sometimes becomes slow. Additionally, greater customization of the delivery notes and the information contained within them would be appreciated.

**What do you like best about Sendcloud?**

Sendcloud combines all loose ends of shipping methodes and wraps it in the best possible package for the webshop customers. It has an easy to use interfase where you create a label with just 2 clicks from any of your online stores. They now even have an afterservice e-mail that can be send days after the package has been received. Perfect for return information, customer care or review requests.
Sendcloud has tremendously been improved and developed over the last few years and we are sure to stay on this platform for the long future ahead.

**What do you dislike about Sendcloud?**

Some settings pages where you can upload an image to the tracking page does random resets sometimes. Already mentioned a few times to the ticket system.

**Recommendations to others considering Sendcloud:**

If you are looking for a good connection with different shipping methods and lots of personalization, then go and get Sendcloud

We save over 30 minutes a day by making shipment labels faster from our 14 webshops in one place. Without Sendcloud we would have used 14 different backoffices.

**What do you like best about Sendcloud?**

The integration of Sendcloud into our ecommerce www.ladudapublicidad.es with WooCommerce was very easy, and since then our logistics management has taken a huge leap in quality, speed, and efficiency. The platform centralizes all shipments, allows us to compare carriers, and automates key processes, which saves us time and reduces errors.

The impact on our customers' experience has been very positive: now they receive clear notifications, can track their orders in real time, and are much more satisfied with the service.

Nowadays, it is unthinkable for us to work without Sendcloud. It has allowed us to scale our ecommerce without complications, optimize resources, and offer more professional deliveries. Without a doubt, a tool we recommend to any online business that wants to grow and improve its logistics.

**What do you dislike about Sendcloud?**

The update to the new version of the WooCommerce API took too long in my opinion. During that period, I had to keep the compatibility mode active, which slowed down my website's performance. Additionally, there are very useful features that are only available in plans with a high volume of shipments; it would be very interesting to be able to access them in lower plans as well, as they would add a lot of value to those of us who are still in the growth phase.

Sendcloud has solved the great challenge of managing shipments in a centralized and efficient way in our ecommerce integrated with WooCommerce. Before, we had to deal with manual processes, compare carriers one by one, and constantly address customer inquiries about the status of their orders. With Sendcloud, we have automated logistics, simplified rate comparisons, and improved communication with customers thanks to notifications and real-time tracking. This translates into fewer errors, faster service, and above all, greater customer satisfaction, which boosts confidence and the growth of our business.

We can generate the shipping labels directly from our ERP system and no longer need to switch to the individual portals of the shipping service providers. The integration was very easy thanks to the interface and worked well. In case of difficulties, customer support also provides timely assistance.

**What do you dislike about Sendcloud?**

Unfortunately, the display of shipping costs for our own contracts is not working for us, even though we have specifically uploaded a CSV file with our prices. Additionally, the ability to handle multiple packages in one shipment is currently not possible from our ERP system. However, this is likely due to the interface programmed by our ERP provider.

We no longer have to manually log into various shipping service provider portals, but can generate labels directly from our ERP system.

The daily work is significantly simplified, and you can quickly, easily, and clearly manage multiple shipping service providers directly on one page, which saves a lot of time.

One small thing that I don't like is that we are not shown prices per package for our own contracts, even though we have uploaded an Excel spreadsheet.

We previously had to work separately in 3-4 portals of the shipping service providers. With Sendcloud, we now save a lot of time, as it can be managed in a single program and we can even create the labels directly through a connection to our ERP system.

I dislike that not all shipping options from some carriers are available in Sendcloud. It would be great to have full access to every service offered by each carrier directly through the platform.

We use Sendcloud (Pack&go) in combination with our OpenCart webshop. The SendCloud module for OpenCart is plug and play. My collegues in the warehouse use the pack&go fuction to create the shipping label. Sendcloud sends a automatic shipped status update to our store.

Also the return portal works like a charm, makes the inbound of return packages much easier.

It works smoothly; we can do almost everything we need, especially thanks to exports and rules.

Too few customization options, especially for rules.
I’d like to have rules with more logic — for example, being able to read data from the order so I can do things like: If number of items > 2, then weight / 2.
Also, more filters would be helpful, especially one that filters by contract.

**What problems is Sendcloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Especially the shipping via Amazon works extremely well with this — even for invoicing, we can use it thanks to the export function of the generated labels.
We also have an IONOS shop, and it’s a huge help there as well.
