What do you like best about Sendcloud?

The ease of installation, integration, and synchronization with the different channels and carriers is remarkable. In our case, it perfectly coordinates the ecommerce based on Prestashop with the various Amazon Europe channels. The generation of picking lists before printing all the delivery notes works very well and is very useful. Additionally, the flexibility to upload your own contracts with carriers, along with those offered by the platform, is also a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendcloud?

It would be convenient to allow the creation of follow-up tickets for incidents related to own contract carriers. Additionally, it would be useful to be given the option to manage these cases until the final delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sendcloud?

Sendcloud is an all-in-on platform where all your parcels works can be processed. It is easy to use, user-friendly, logic and straightforward. With it you don't have to browse between parcel carriers' portals, which are often cumbersome and slow. It connects all the major carriers out-of-box, whose rates have been negotiated. So it's just plug-and-go. With the wide integration of e-commerce platforms, Setting up a webshop can be done within a single day. The customer service is helpful and responsive. Beyond the AI and human customer service about parcels, they also have an expert team who can help you with specific questions related to implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendcloud?

The system is so out-of-box that the room for deep customization is limited. If your business operation deviates a bit from what Sendcloud's typical customers do, you will find it difficult to tailor the system to your unique need. What do you like best about Sendcloud?

SendCloud is an excellent platform that has made it really easy for us to make shipments on a daily basis. Implementing Sendcloud was very easy. Previously we were using UPS WorldShip software which was very difficult to maintain and was extremely difficult to integrate with. SendCloud offers a great solution with really useful API for integrations with our ERP software and the dashboard interface is easy to use. SendCloud Support is also phenomenal with some of the best support I've ever experienced from a software vendor. Highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendcloud?

What truly sets Sendcloud apart is how seamlessly it integrates into our daily operations. The only drawback we have encountered so far is the lack of integration with Dynalogic. As this carrier is gaining popularity in the Netherlands, a native connection would further enhance our setup. The only drawback we have encountered is the lack of integration with Dynalogic, a carrier that is gaining significance in the Netherlands. If this connection were available, Sendcloud would serve as a truly comprehensive end-to-end hub for all our transport partners. Other than this, we have very few complaints. What do you dislike about Sendcloud?

Their software keeps breaking. Complaints take a long time to fix.

Our previous problem that was discovered in april 2025 took about 6 months to fix. There's currently problems with their Boxwise integration that they have been "trying" to fix for almost two months and only recently they asked for more information.

We've been a long time user (over 5 years) and we've seen the company decline in usability and functionality, only to add useless ai features. All their good account managers quit and prices have been increasing with over 15% every year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We can't choose the way labels come out on the portal.

We can't modify the printed label ( with or without company logo, reference,...)

The lack of support for developers, very long to respond.

What do you dislike about Sendcloud?

What do you like best about Sendcloud?

We work with Sendcloud daily, and the most helpful feature for us is the integration of online platforms like Amazon and eBay. Shipments are automatically marked as sent by Sendcloud, and the tracking numbers are also automatically recorded, which results in enormous time savings. The interface is very user-friendly, which makes the implementation easy for us in the daily use of the program.
