The only thing I find difficult about Sendcloud is that you can't easily remove labels you don't need. There is a way to do this, but it takes a bit more time than I think is necessary. To be quite honest, for now we don't dislike anything. The only workflow that can work smoother is when i load a batch CSV that i can choose which send-method I want to use for each package faster from the overview. But that's not a dislike. You use Sendcloud because the portals of carriers absolutely suck. We have an overview of all shipments, can contact support to track down lost packages, use a personalised tracking page, email and return portal which is also a very important feature for us.
