Shipping Easy allows us to easily organize and ship orders from across multiple eCommerce platforms. We currently have our Amazon and Ebay stores integrated and also use Shipping Easy to help ship orders from our own website as well. Not only does it organize all the orders in once place but we are able to set shipping rules based on product and package weights, dimensions, or categories. We also subscribe to the add-on marketing services which enables us to market to our customers as well. We would love to see an upgrade that would clean up or auto-fix address discrepencies. We spend a far amount of time having to do this manually which can be tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ShippingEasy is easy to use, relative to many other shipping platforms. It does allow you to see all your orders from different platforms on one dashboard. It does allow you to choose from multiple carriers to find the best price for a particular package. It offers discounted rates both for shipping and for added third party insurance. ShippingEasy didn't offer USPS Cubic rates for my account despite a monthly $19.99 subscription. At first I was allowed to connect my FedEx account at no extra charge, but then they added a monthly fee for that option. Their customer service was only during normal business days and hours, when I really wanted help during weekends and after hours. ShippingEasy didn't notify me when UPS or USPS "adjusted" my quoted rate and overbilled me. I had to track these "adjustments" manually and dispute them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike it when I am provided with a link to solve an issue or answer a question instead of receiving direct assistance. When we started using ShippingEasy, we did not face this problem initially. ShippingEasy not only has the capabilities of traditional shipping software like label creation and carrier integrations like many others out on the market, but it also has inventory management capabilities, especially across a number of sales channels which other solutions usually do not. It has native integrations with major sales / e-commerce platforms that I use. It also has the added bonus of email marketing capabilities that other shipping solutions platforms do not and reporting exports tend to be better than other tools. Although not a huge demerit for me, ShippingEasy doesn't have a mobile application. otherwise ShippingEasy is very similar to other tools on the market like ShipStation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They allow us to merge our Amazon and eBay store shipping into a single location (plus handle any manual shipments that come along, too). They get great shipping discounts that are the lowest we've found. They save us time and money each and every day we use it. Since it's browser-based, it is easy to set up and get going. It would be nice if they kept the full addresses of prior shipments indefinitely instead of disappearing like they do now.

It would be fantastic if they added a "blacklist" feature for addresses of known problem customers. Some way to flag an address so if it pops up again in the future, it gets marked and we can decide what to do with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part of ShippingEasy is the speed and ease at which you can create a shipment, review the postage options, purchase insurance/extras and then print the label as a PDF, page or using a thermal printer. ShippingEasy is pretty easy to use "manually" but it is really designed to tie into existing web order/websites for an even more steamlined look and feel.
