The support in English or the annoying chatbot. Just invest in people. And no way to get in touch with the financial department.

It’s super easy to use. Connecting carriers and printing labels is fast, and the tracking emails make our customers happy. It really saves us time every day.

**What do you dislike about Sendcloud?**

Sometimes the prices feel a bit high and I wish there were more carrier options, but overall it works really well.

**What problems is Sendcloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SendCloud takes away the hassle of dealing with multiple carriers and manual label creation. Everything is in one place, so shipping is faster, less error-prone, and our customers get tracking automatically. It saves us time, reduces mistakes, and makes our logistics much smoother.

Because we are now using Sendcloud, we have one place where we can send all our packages and we no longer need to use all the portals and software of the different carriers, which ultimately saves a lot of time because everything is now automated.

No real test account/environment to be able to test the integration.

**What problems is Sendcloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is no longer a need to communicate with different carriers, which eliminates a lot of manual actions. The automation also immediately resolves human errors.

Sendcloud helps with easy shipping labels, also for international transport and the required documents for customs.
We use it on a daily basis.

It's quite expensive if you look at the yearly costs, especially including the fee per created label.

Sendcloud provides an easy way to create shipping labels, also in an automated fashion. This saves hours per day. Also they provide quick global analytics regarding the total shipped packages, which country we ship to etc.

You can use many different shipping companies in one place. And you can take advantage of very competitive rates that Sendcloud offers. So you do not need a contract with all the shipping companies.

Very easy integration and top-notch support for the launch. We have installed Mondial Relay, UPS, and our own Colissimo contract to facilitate shipments to the EU and internationally. Works perfectly so far.

Sendcloud is an excellent and easy-to-use software solution in and of itself, which we have also enjoyed using so far.

We had several problems with packages and the software, which could only be solved by support after quite a long time. However, we have managed to resolve our issues and have been assured that Sendcloud will improve its support over the next few months.

The positive aspect is that it is a very intuitive tool and easy to connect to my online store, it has saved me a lot of time and has never had failures or downtime since I started using it.

Something negative was the customer support. At first, they treated me great when I was not yet a customer, but once I started buying, they sidelined me and the support was quite disappointing.

The overall service provided has been really great for our business and has allowed us to provide full tracking with a branded end to end experience for our customers.

The customer experience from Sendcloud has been spot on with instant help whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about Sendcloud?**

There are a few features in Sendcloud that could be really useful for our business such as the pack & go solution.

It would be good to customise the features for each plan as the next plan up is too expensive for us and has a much too large quota but some really useful features.

We are now able to provide full tracking to our customers for a lower cost and much easier to integrate with Wix than our previous courier solution which was Royal Mail click & drop.

They are able to escalate issues directly with couriers which i found difficult before joining Send Cloud

Couriers are often slow to respond to queries but not sure anything can be done about this

I always have any number of open tickets due to slow/damaged/lost deliveries but i can quickly and easily contact Send Cloud by phone to discuss

The integration with our Shopify store and the option of having our contracts with different carriers has allowed us to lower the preparation times of the orders and have more accurate control of the status

**What do you dislike about Sendcloud?**

We would like that the information of the items of the order to appear on the shipping label, it would facilitate the preparation of orders.

**Recommendations to others considering Sendcloud:**

It works very well with Shopify, if you are starting with a small shop this tool can help you have greater control over order shipments, speed up the preparation process, and if you do not have a large volume of orders or if you do not have a contract with some other currier the shipping costs with Shopify are reasonable.

**What problems is Sendcloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The dispersion of information, before using Sendcloud we used several shipping platforms, and we completed orders manually in Shopify. We have shortened order preparation times, errors, and duplicates and we have all the shipping information in one place.

SendCloud for DIVERSITY has marked a before and after, the tracking and traceability of shipments have improved exponentially, the tools and customer support is great, and whenever we have a problem they are already aware of it and are offering solutions. 10/10.

**What do you dislike about Sendcloud?**

Maintenance windows are perhaps not notified in advance or by email, and many times we encounter somewhat unexpected maintenance, everything else great.

**Recommendations to others considering Sendcloud:**

The platform and API is super simple, the customer service is exceptional and in a lot of languages, it saves time and work with many of the automations that can be done, the prices are very very competitive, the integration with multiple carriers is excellent (maybe a little bit improvable, for being able to add more) but excellent all the same.

**What problems is Sendcloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No serious or noteworthy problems so far, and if any, they have not been the responsibility of SendCloud, but of the recipients. Regarding benefits, the tracking and traceability of shipments is great, the API is super simple to integrate and the possibilities with shipments are almost unlimited

Super easy to handle. Registration was done within a few seconds. I use Shopify for my online business - a couple clicks and Shopify was paired with Sendcloud - you dont need any IT experience to do that.

The carrier is always pre-chosen and sometimes, if you don't look, you have the wrong carrier. I would prefer it there was no carrier pre-chosen, so I could choose it myself and dont make the mistake of sending my goods with the wrong one.

Everything in one place - carriers, labels, etc. Couldn't think of a better solution than Sendcloud. Super easy to handle, support is great. Everyone who has problems with flfillment should check out Sendcloud!

**What do you like best about Sendcloud?**

It is a very good platform for small businesses and people who are just starting out. You have the free version to get started with much lower prices than any other provider, and then it gives you the possibility to grow, switch to a paid plan, and even incorporate your own contracts with carriers. It has helped me a lot to start my business and to advance.

**What do you dislike about Sendcloud?**

The free version does not include all international destinations of Correos. There are a few countries that are not covered, but if you do not make sales outside the European Union, that would not be a problem.

Good platform for all types of online businesses.

since the new update it is more difficult to change existing labels. We liked that a little better before. otherwise we can't think of much more at this point, we like sendcloud.

since we have been using sendcloud it is much easier to send the parcels. You don't have to frank all of them at the post office, but rather easily from the warehouse.

**What do you like best about Sendcloud?**

The biggest issue I was having with my business is that we did everything manually. We used an excell sheet to keep track of addresses, names, shipping companies -pricing and we even created a formula to sort them per country. 

This was time consuming, because after costumers would place an order, we would have to, AGAIN, send a manual email with all the info. Once we had shipped orders, again our minds would have to remember to send the shipment information to each customer. 

Because of this super antique method, we spent hours and wasted mornings and nights trying to send the purchase and shipping details to our customers. We were exhausted 😞 

With sendcloud, not only did we get the most competitive price out there, I also got praise from my customers across Europe since now they have  better prices and more "weight freedom" with their shipment (up to 20 kilos keeping the same price). 

Also, all customers receive a notification once the labels are created. Yes, labels that are made by sendcloud (included in my webshop) I don't have to send manual emails anymore 👏🏻 . 

And wait, there's more: sendcloud will tell you if our customers have written a wrong address, by typo or just forgottent any detail. It will let you know immediately so we can fix it before shipping. 

Sendcloud also allows us to print all labels at once, even if they're not from the same provider (e.g PostNL or DHL). 

My customers are happy, I am happy. And we have actually spread the word so other entrepreneurs like me, can get SendCloud services.

Nothing, personally I would just like an app for apple/android.

Don't think it twice. It will save you time and money while keeping the communication with your customers personal.

It's super easy to set up and use. I just started my business and was looking for a way to send my products easier and cheaper than I did before. Found everything I needed in sendcloud and recommend it to all people I know that own a webshop:) Sendcloud is by far the cheapest option even if you only have two shipments a week, so it's great for small businesses too.

I have discovered no downsides about sendcloud. Really could not think of anything.

Just give it a try. It's super easy and user friendly.

High shipping costs was really a problem for me, especially sending shipments across the border. I now pay half of the price for abroad shipments than I did before and the shipments are insured. Packages within my county are cheaper too.

It's easy to set up and use and the support is incredibly helpful. Before even getting a subscription we got an amazing personal Zoom call to discuss our wishes and to show us how the Sendcloud system works. We love the personalized tracking pages, they make our brand much more professional!

Printing a label automatically charges it, even when you don't use it. It would be easier if they're only charged once the shipping company has scanned them.

Just use it! We used a comparable service before, but are so glad we switched to Sendcloud. It's much more professional, customizable and easy to use.
