This tool allows us to efficiently manage our internal content displays, which are used for showing news of our company, event information and details concerning our current and upcoming products.

In addition to that it allows us to easily connect our external partner's solution for showing our restaurant's beverages, changing on a daily basis.

A guided and customisable tutorial for first-time users within our organisation would be desirable.

I love the user-friendly interface and intuitive design. There are a number of features that can be easily used by experts and novices alike. Implementing ScreenCloud in our environment was very easy on a few different types of hardware. It was easiest and cheapest for us to integrate ScreenCloud with Amazon Fire Sticks. We have our screens running all day, all year round with no issues. We did have a minor and isolated issue with renewal which customer support was able to sort out for us quickly. ScreenCloud's requirement on a consistent internet connection means disruptions can lead to display outages. This happens occasionally at our remote branches. However, this is not a screencloud issue per se. It would be nice if there was a local cache server or something like that. Also, it's worth noting that the service's cost can become a significant factor, particularly when scaling deployments across numerous screens. We felt it was/is worth it. We are using Screencloud for some months now in the EU on some of our projects (we are in the construction business and building data centers in the EU) and main offices. The system is great as you can remotely create and organize content and distribute to the clients. Our mother company in the US already uses the system for years. We are using the system on a daily basis and information changes within a short time frame.

I really appreciate the interface and web portal. It is quite easy to understand and you can adapt to the settings very fast. Also, you can set access levels to single groups or sets or screens very granular.

The support team from Screencloud is amazing. Starting from providing a test system for us to test, all the technical support back in that time also the whole support when we decided to purchase licenses was pretty good!

All in all this system now saves us a lot of time and manpower to put together new content for all the project sites and main offices and to distribute them to all sites within a click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no real negative point so far, except maybe the pricing model. But this we will have to see for the future. Currently we only use a few licenses for important offices. If pricing would be lower, we would have more devices we would like to use it with.

When initially setting up us as a client there were some issues with the licenses and to activate our accounts as we tested the solution with a test setup before. But all issues were sorted after some time and we could start to work with the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our 30,000-foot showroom uses ScreenCloud to quickly and easily update television signage throughout. We generally have something different on every TV but this last market season we were quickly able to update all digital signage to one cohesive fundraiser very easily. I love that I am able to access and divide up all screens into different groups, then assign staff permissions according to their locations. It's very user friendly, so little instruction is needed to those staff. But its very easy to use, for digital menus, slideshows, or really anything. Love the service. The ease of use is the best feature of ScreenCloud. We were looking for long time for a way how to deploy KPIs in the production hall, that can be updated remotely / automatically, with connection to the more and more increased usage of PowerBI reports. ScreenCloud allowed us to use simple smart TV with the application from Android Store for the close to realtime updated KPIs. The usage is on daily basis. The implemntation is really simple, adding of additional screen takes minutes. SSO is supported, which is simplifying the integration of the solution. I’ve been using ScreenCloud for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most user-friendly and well-organized platforms I’ve ever encountered. The interface is intuitive, making it incredibly easy to navigate through different sections and find what I need quickly. Whether I’m uploading files or organizing them into folders, the whole process feels seamless. However, there is one challenge I’ve encountered while using ScreenCloud. Our company’s WiFi server has issues when trying to upload files directly to the platform. For some reason, the upload process doesn’t work well when we are connected to the WiFi network. It’s a bit of a setback, but thankfully, we’ve found a workaround. We can either use a mobile hotspot or upload files directly from our phones without issue. It’s not a dealbreaker for us, but it would be great if this connectivity issue could be addressed in future updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few software tools we would like to see improved, such as birthday announcements and stock quotes. However, these features are "nice to have", they are not essential. A valuable enhancement would be the introduction of user groups, allowing users to share best practices. Additionally, more training on programming custom apps for the platform, or the option to purchase custom software solutions, would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ScreenCloud's functionality allows our employees to receive internal communications instantly. It's easy to navigate and produce high quality content with the provided templates. Creating your digital signage using their templates to create canvases is a bit finnicky. I would like to see more functionality in these tools and perhaps integrate Canva. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ScreenCloud is intuitive to use. Taking time to set it up, will allow for quick daily/weekly updates. There are several great applications included that make great content fillers breaking up the routine. The built-in canvas makes building a bulletin easy, without the need to go to an outside graphics editor. I wish there was a better traffic app, outside the need to use Google. I'd also like to see integration with more CRMs and other off-the-shelf management solutions such as SmartSheets. An integration with their dashboard system would be a nice upgrade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
