Microsoft Office 365 is a very popular SaaS product, and OneDrive is one tool in the suite. It provides the ability to backup data/ files from a laptop or desktop automatically and instantly from local to the cloud based on mentioned folders. In case of any issue with the asset hard drive, the data is safe in the cloud. It can easily be downloaded and synced with local storage anytime. As the files are stored in the cloud, they can be accessed from anywhere, anytime, even from a mobile device. Microsoft provides robust security to Office 365, so user can store their data over the cloud without worrying about data loss or theft. File sharing is easy for a user. Microsoft OneDrive has a limitation of 1 TB of storage per account, which is extendable by another 1 TB if required. So, if any user is dealing with large file sizes, such as high-quality video and audio files, then they may run out of storage quickly. Also, OneDrive backs up data only from the OneDrive folder and a handful of known folders. If the user keeps data anywhere else apart from these, then those will not be synced in the cloud.
