What problems is Microsoft OneDrive Backup Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saving files and sharing is easy. That using cloud to save files is now convenient to access the files and saving it. Also, in times that I need to send the file. All i need to do it to share the link and the other person can now access it. Sending large files thru emails is difficult, because emails has a limit size. But using this is now convenient. What do you like best about Microsoft OneDrive Backup Tool?

Microsoft Office 365 is a very popular SaaS product, and OneDrive is one tool in the suite. It provides the ability to backup data/ files from a laptop or desktop automatically and instantly from local to the cloud based on mentioned folders. In case of any issue with the asset hard drive, the data is safe in the cloud. It can easily be downloaded and synced with local storage anytime. As the files are stored in the cloud, they can be accessed from anywhere, anytime, even from a mobile device. Microsoft provides robust security to Office 365, so user can store their data over the cloud without worrying about data loss or theft. File sharing is easy for a user. Also, the admin can implement various restrictions so that employees can’t sync work-related data with personal computers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneDrive Backup Tool?

Microsoft OneDrive has a limitation of 1 TB of storage per account, which is extendable by another 1 TB if required. So, if any user is dealing with large file sizes, such as high-quality video and audio files, then they may run out of storage quickly. Also, OneDrive backs up data only from the OneDrive folder and a handful of known folders. If the user keeps data anywhere else apart from these, then those will not be synced in the cloud.
