Walls.io has been a strong platform for collecting, curating, and displaying social media content across different channels. One of its biggest strengths is its range of integrations. It connects well with major social platforms, and setting up new walls is a breeze. The API also opens up additional possibilities for custom integrations, making it flexible for teams that want to connect Walls.io with other tools, websites, event platforms, or internal systems. From a performance perspective, Walls.io is reliable and smooth to use. The social wall loads well, content updates consistently, and the overall display feels polished and professional. One feature we are missing is the ability to display one feed across multiple languages out of the box. Today, if we want to support different languages, we have to maintain multiple feeds, which adds extra work and makes management less efficient. It is possible to solve this through the API, which is helpful and gives us flexibility, but it would be much better if multilingual feed support were available as a native feature within the platform. This would make Walls.io even easier to use for international campaigns, global websites, and multilingual event experiences. Aside from that, there is not much that I strongly dislike. While there are cheaper tools out there, none of them give me the same confidence around brand safety, GDPR compliance, and accessibility. The built-in moderation tools, language filters, and accessibility-friendly layouts mean I don’t have to worry about something slipping through during a high-stakes event. I especially love the Direct Posts feature - people don't even need a social media account to join in, which makes it super inclusive for employees and event attendees. Our customers constantly tell us how much more engaging their signage feels once they connect Walls.io. Their customer support is also very responsive which can be useful if needed. Sometimes the moderation dashboard can feel a little busy when you’re managing a high-volume campaign, but they recently introduced AI-powered moderation, so that kind of solves the problem because most of the content is approved automatically according to specific rules we define on setup. Digital signage can get stale if you don’t update it all the time. I recently used Walls.io for an event I was part of the marketing team, and I have to say the experience was absolutely incredible. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and I didn’t have to spend hours and hours figuring out how to create a social wall. What stood out the most was how purpose-built the features are, everything feels well-thought-out and designed for events. Customization, live social feed, easy integrations ..etc The support team deserves special mention too, they were incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I had a question (shoutout to Neira).
