It helps you customize the content you wanted to display on the signage devices. 2) Highly Customizable. You have the option to select multiple times of content and apps and display them in 1 App. Free to Add Upload VIdeos and Images. 3) Easy to configure and connect with DS devices. **What do you dislike about ScreenCloud Digital Signage?** There is not much to dislike but the only issue I face is with a catch on hold to learn about the Screen Cloud on how to use it. It was not straightforward, need to do google out multiple times as instruction were not clear earlier. But I guess product might have a long way now. I remember watching youtube videos for some time for learning about the configuration aspects. Another point, for a bigger organization who would like to manage their content from a single point. We need to come up with a separate name for devices to connect and identify them easily. There should be some way to find these devices on a map based on their geography. It could be implemented easily and resolve the issue for the customer to identify different devices. **What problems is ScreenCloud Digital Signage solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a developer, I used to create content apps for DS devices. From the small little app, the amount of effort is high. As easy it sounds to just fetch data and put on to the app, but it's not. You need to take care of loading application speed, and content dimensions into the picture. But ScreenCloud DS Solutions take of these things and just let you focus on the kind of content you are planning to put. ### 2. It’s back-end was also really easy to figure out, which is where the rubber meets the road. Customer Support was also top notch. **What do you dislike about ScreenCloud Digital Signage?** There are just a couple of garden-variety strange choices of function/menu naming. Nothing major, but one of those things - just like in any software - where you have to go through a bit of trial and error to determine exactly what it does. **What problems is ScreenCloud Digital Signage solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used it for wayfinding, which is one of the core ways we interact with hospital patients prior to being admitted. ### 3. Enter your credit card after your trial period. - They seem to be continuously working on new apps -- either updating existing or adding new ones - We use a Firestick to display the app on the TV. Very easy to turn on the TV and it starts right up. **What do you dislike about ScreenCloud Digital Signage?** Not as much customization in some of the apps. You can't manipulate it like you would want to in say a power point. You don't need a manual or much help in order to get started. Their web platform is very straightforward and it works great with our tablets, Chromecast, and Kindle Fire. **What do you dislike about ScreenCloud Digital Signage?** We occasionally experience some lag between uploading a new image and it displaying on the screens, sometimes appearing as blank for a while before it turns up. **What problems is ScreenCloud Digital Signage solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to automate the greeting on our reception TV based on the time of the day which was previously manually switched. Additionally, we wanted our tablets in the communal areas to promote upcoming events and initiatives.
