"Needs Better Support for Dyslexia and Accurate AI Detection"
What do you like best about Sapia.ai?

I feel like it's taking away our jobs, which is something I really don't like about Sapia. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sapia.ai?

sapia doesn't take into consideration dyslexia, and marks candidates down for this, even if their answers are detailed. also, it doesn't take into consideration people who have different abilities and need to view the screen a different way. also, sapia will say an answer is ai when it is clearly not ai, for example a detailed answer rather than a vague answer is obviously not ai. What do you like best about Sapia.ai?

I like how accurate Sapia.ai is with determining suitability. It's quite tangible, as we can easily see that the higher the score, the better quality the candidate is. This has helped our team hire better and faster, which is crucial given the competitiveness for talent in our sector. The initial setup was very easy, and the Sapia.ai team were all fantastic to deal with. We went live with a new ATS at the same time, and the implementation and integration with Smart Recruiters was seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sapia.ai?

I find the reporting integration with our ATS lacking. Quickly and detailed reporting is a shortfall. Also, establishing how many hires were made throughout the year, along with their score, rating, and recommendation, remains a manual process. What do you like best about Sapia.ai?

I find Sapia.ai incredibly helpful in the recruitment process, especially in identifying risks and providing valuable insights into candidates. The scoring system and the questions Sapia asks are outstanding, offering detailed insights into candidates' language skills and accountability. I appreciate the personal snapshot feature, which gives the recruitment team a clear idea of whether a candidate is suitable for a role. What do you dislike about Sapia.ai?

Sometimes the scoring from Sapia.ai does not align with the actual candidate qualities, which has been observed in several cases. There is also an issue with AI detection; candidates just out of higher education have their scores flagged as AI detected because the system misinterprets their learned writing style. What do you like best about Sapia.ai?

I appreciate the un-biased decision making that Sapia.ai offers, as it stands out distinctly and is crucial to our recruitment process. The JAS tool enhances our hiring efficiency by assessing candidates not just on their CVs but on their competencies relevant to the roles they apply for. This comprehensive assessment approach helps us make better-informed decisions. Additionally, I love the way Sapia.ai alleviates the pressure of managing high volumes of CVs, effectively streamlining our recruitment process. Although we have not yet implemented an Applicant Tracking System, Sapia.ai has already taken off some strain from manual tracking, offering a much-needed improvement to our existing workflow. What do you dislike about Sapia.ai?

I feel Sapia.ai could greatly improve by implementing an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) solution. Currently, we do not have an ATS in place, and this means tracking everything manually using spreadsheets. Although Sapia.ai has alleviated some of the workload by helping us handle a high volume of CVs, the addition of an ATS would make it a comprehensive solution for us. This would streamline our recruitment process significantly, allowing us to have a more integrated and automated system, as opposed to the manual processes we are currently reliant on. Even when a candidate provides a detailed response, the system may still mark them as having failed. It also seems to focus heavily on customer service skills, even though this is not a requirement for every campaign.
