## Tribepad Reviews
  ### 1. Frequent bugs and UK-centric focus undermines a potentially strong ATS

**What do you like best about Tribepad?**

Good candidate experience with easy-to-navigate candidate panes and easy application process. Strong search functionality which makes it easy to pinpoint candidates from the talent pool to approach about roles. Data protection rules can be set up per country, as can candidate and hiring manager communications.

**What do you dislike about Tribepad?**

Bugs are frequent and rarely resolved, with some taking many months with no solution. Errors appear often with job advert formatting, and the same with contract templates. Functionality outside of the UK time zone can be challenging, with the platform struggling with interviews in other time zones, as well as formatting candidate fields for other locations (e.g. phone numbers default to +44 and postcode), this can make it more difficult for candidates in other countries. Tribepad's own guidance notes are often wrong e.g. guidance note confirms mp4 files can be uploaded, but in reality they cannot. Functionality is sometimes rolled out when not ready - e.g. the 'campaigns' tool for microsites. Mid-contract additional costs introduced for customer support - including a cost for having a CSM point of contact.

We're awaiting fixes for the major issues so not solving our problems right now.

**What do you like best about Tribepad?**

Easy to use and for recruiters to process candidates
3 month implementation with dedicated support team
We use the system daily to meet our needs and most features really support us with our recruitment needs
Integrates well with vacancy poster
A good level of Customer support
Love that tribepad listen to feedback and have already implemented some suggestions for improvements

**What do you dislike about Tribepad?**

Reporting is challenging to extract what we need - more support during implementation would have been useful
integration is via API  - but not for all areas of the system e.g attachments can not be extracted via API

**What problems is Tribepad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding and hiring great candidate from raising jobs to onboarding

**What do you like best about Tribepad?**

The most helpful thing about tribepad is having all our recruitment in one place and have seen the quality in candidates increase since using it. It's very beneficial to be able to do the whole recruitment process on one system. Makes out recruitment process a lot more simpler and personal.

**What do you dislike about Tribepad?**

The only downside to tribepad is sometimes if the system goes down which has happenend a few times for us we cannot get onto our site. Some processes could be easier on tribepad but I know the team are always working to improve the way things are done

**What problems is Tribepad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to reject candiates from another country/no right to work without their Cv hitting our jobs. This saves us a lot of time finding the right candiates. It's very easy to have all our jobs posted from one site not sure multiple ones.

**What do you like best about Tribepad?**

The ease of use and the choice of functionalities. Many useful features are introduced regularly. Clear dashboard and user friendly. Really good snd responsive customer service.

**What do you dislike about Tribepad?**

Lack of certain features such as the field for a seperate job title that goes to the job boards and the one that is visible in TribePad.

**What problems is Tribepad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing the candidates and applications quickly. Communication with candidates made with ease.

Knowledgeable people within the business.

Some basic processes need improving, with more ability to amend basic workflows within the system

**What do you like best about Tribepad?**

The candidate interface is very user friendly and we have seen an increase in applicant numbers.
Being able to customise application forms has been very beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Tribepad?**

The build aspect of the ATS was very labour intensive and the involvement required from our side wasn't made clear at the outset.
The ATS does require more work from the hiring managers, which is a change for them and is taking some education

As we have to follow safe recruitment procedures in our organisation, some tasks are longer and involved different people . E.g. candidates cannot amend referees details once submitted.

**What do you like best about Tribepad?**

It is a more advanced system, helps in resume parsing capabilities inorder to convert candidate resumes into the relevant data fields. Also, it has a feature which allows to track employee time cards, expenses and invoices. Video interviewing platform is an additional solution  to remotely conduct interviews. It's just amazing.

**What do you dislike about Tribepad?**

No dislikes as yet. I am loving this application  and would recommend it with others. Thank you ATS for making recruitment life so simple.

It helps in connecting to major job boards and social media platforms for sharing and ATS is making my re retention life really simple and hazzle-free.

1. Allows for mobile enabled applications
2. Candidates can apply via Social Media
3. Offers the opportunity to create groups and communities and create email campaigns
4. Allows for searching functions using various filters
5. Phenomenal support by the Tribepad Support team- very helpful  

**What do you dislike about Tribepad?**

Length of time it takes to load candidates into the system. The number of positions doesn't count down once they are filled.

Flexible, quick and easy to use with many useful features for proactive recruitment!

Ability to personalise experience for candidates and managers and create engaging advertising which reaches a wide and diverse audience
