What I like most about SafetyCulture is the customizability of the inspection templates. While they’re typically used for plant floor inspections, I’ve found them incredibly versatile in my HR role. I’ve been able to create everything from interview templates and meeting forms to work injury reports and other HR tools. One thing I dislike is that we’ve run into a few bugs with the Training Matrix, including an incident where a user wouldn’t appear on the matrix. We eventually got her to show up, but we still couldn’t log her into any group trainings or have her complete trainings through her own account. The issue was escalated to SafetyCulture, but unfortunately, we never received a follow-up.

I also really wish there was a “User List” response type option. Right now, we maintain a manually generated list of employees, which isn’t ideal and requires constant updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SafetyCulture has helped bring all our best practices under one umbrella. Health and Safety meetings are now clear and focussed with a framework to discuss issues. The different features generally fit well with our business. Implementation is easy and once you have buy in from staff the reception is very positive. We have not had many issues but when we have the live chat support feature is fantastic with an actual person being available very quickly to help sort integration issues. As the product is designed for all types of business some features do not work in the way we would like, however we note that customisation is increasing so hopefully the fit will get better and better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easily customizable and flexible.

A lot of details can be added in, and made easy for techs in the field to use on a phone.

In-app annotations of photos are excellent.

Cross platform usage has improved dramatically over the years of using SafetyCulture.

Can't customise the cover page.

The coverpage should be dynamic, to allow a photo and address of a client's property to be on the front.

Remove the shading from the "global" lists.

It's great to have the global lists as a customisable option, but the shading is annoying.
