What I like best about ComplianceQuest QMS is how well it supports training management and change control in one place. It is easy to navigate, works smoothly, and makes managing documents and training much more organized. The support team has also been very responsive and helpful whenever questions come up. One downside is that some parts of the system can feel a bit less intuitive when working through more detailed tasks or specific workflows. I like most about CQ is how seamlessly it integrates with Salesforce and leverages the native platform capabilities. Since it is built directly on Salesforce, it allows us to use existing features such as workflows, flows, reporting and role-based security without needing separate systems for complaint management. While this helps mantain system stability and ensures consistent upgrades from the vendor, it can limit the level of customization that can be done directly within the package. The CQ package integrates well within the salesforce platform and leverages standard salesforce objects, automation capabilities and security models. We are currently using the package within Salesforce to manage complaints related to our devices for members enrolled in CCM programs. Overall, the package has helped us standardize and centralize our complaint management process. I like how comprehensive and robust ComplianceQuest QMS is as a quality management system. Its customization capabilities allow users to adapt it to their unique needs. The platform provides flexibility to create custom fields, build workflows, and connect via webhooks, enabling us to fit it to our exact processes. Furthermore, the support team and their focus on customer interests are among the most noteworthy aspects, always ready to help in complex cases. It has been a game changer to track our non-conformances so easily and smoothly. This used to be a big issue for us when we relied on a paper system. CQ feels really "off the shelf" to me. There are so few words/processes in it that feel like our own company. CQ covers all the regulatory requirements that our organization follows. All aspects of our QMS, however, I have found that validation of the implementation is not representative of the actual production environment. At least in our particular case. Noticeable latency with processing speeds when performing actions. Certain modules will suggest "Next Best Actions" that are not really the next best action. A more intuitive process flow would be suggested. he production environment does not always mirror the sandbox environment when used for training whitch cause confusion for team members. Eliminating a paper-based system has been the greatest benefit while establishing cohesiveness and consistency within our organization.
