# Who offers the best VoIP packages for companies

Hi G2 experts! I want to start a discussion with this voip software providers community. Does anyone know who offers the best VoIP packages for companies? Looking at the different solutions on G2’s category page, I’ve narrowed my top software picks to: Nextiva, 8x8 Work, and Zoom Phone. My full software list based on G2 reviews is below: 1. Nextiva Known for its all-in-one communications suite that includes voip calls, video meetings, team chat, and SMS all tucked into one intuitive interface. Does Nextiva’s interface stay responsive under heavy load from remote teams or complex call routing rules? 2. 8x8 Work Known for its unified voice/video/chat collaboration hub, delivering secure UCaaS tools all from the cloud, especially handy for smaller teams. How does 8x8 handle compliances like call recording and encryption for teams in regulated industries? 3. Zoom Phone Stands out for its AI-driven call assistant and seamless integration with the Zoom ecosystem, offering easy setup and robust automation across voice and meetings. Curious how well Zoom Phone’s AI assistant handles contextual responses, like voicemail transcription or scheduled callbacks, for high-volume sales teams? 4. Webex Calling Praised for its enterprise-grade call control wrapped in Cisco’s secure Webex platform, ideal when security and scalability are mission-critical. Will Webex admin controls let a user dial in per-department routing or multi-site failover configurations? 5. Genesys Cloud CX Known for its robust workforce and call routing management within a unified CX platform, built for sophisticated contact center efficiency. Interested to know if Genesys lets you model complex workflows like IVR to agent skill-based routing without developer heavy-lifting? 6. TeleCMI Well known for offering straightforward VoIP services with real-time dashboards and simple setup. I want to check whether TeleCMI’s ease-of-use sacrifices flexibility, like adding international numbers or advanced routing. If you have experience finding and onboarding VoIP packages, I would love to hear your thoughts on my software list above. Based on your recent experience, who offers the best VoIP packages for companies?
