Their inskit team does a fantastic job of providing exclusive information about the threat actor which is not available publicly. Implementation is also pretty straight-forward. 1. High Learning Curve

Recorded Future is powerful, but the interface and number of features can feel overwhelming for new SOC analysts.

Recorded Future delivers real-time threat intelligence that integrates smoothly into our security workflows. I especially appreciate the Interactive Sandbox, and the ease of implementation of the Advanced Query Builder, and the platform’s ability to gather intelligence from the dark web — all of which make threat analysis faster and more insightful.

The integration with Anomaly was seamless in our case, and I use the platform daily as a core part of my work.

There are a few areas where the tool could improve. Sometimes, domain-related data is missing from Playbook alerts during ingestion, which is critical since such domains are often linked to organizational fraud. Additionally, the Identity module doesn’t always trigger alerts at the time of a breach, which delays response. Couple of improvements that i assume is being worked upon, threat intel, threat hunting feeds, integrated with the risk recon which is part of Mastercard and with CrowdStrike. I have been using Recorded Future for about four years as a fresh intelligence tool, and I truly enjoy the tool. The fidelity and granularity of Recorded Future stand out remarkably as compared to other threat intelligence platforms.
