FSR has many features that we can use in our organization as ingest data from many sources, automate workflow, and respond to incidents. It has a simple GUI that makes it easier. We can use FortiSOAR (FSR) to assign users to incidents and automate the incident response (IR) process. We can integrate FSR with many vendors using connectors (API). Fortinet has very helpful support and community. **What do you dislike about FortiSOAR?** If you have a product that doesn't have a connector built into FortiSOAR, you need to create one, and it isn't easy to create a connector. **What problems is FortiSOAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Help us to identify alerts automatically (FP or TP). - Automate IR process. - It has a war room. ### 2. Best SOAR tool we have used in our organisation. **Recommendations to others considering FortiSOAR:** One of the best SOAR tool in the market and helping out with detection and automation in our SOC team. **What problems is FortiSOAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are automating the alerts and syncing with the detection and automated response on our every asset within our organisation.
