**What do you like best about Elastic Suite?**

I love that elastic is intuitive to myself and to our retailers. Our retailers are comfortable using the site to check inventory and place both asap and preseason orders. I appreciate the white board function to help retailers build assortments and I love how quickly I can place an asap order for my retailers.

**What do you dislike about Elastic Suite?**

I wish there were less "orders" options. Orders, Order History and Orders Report feels a little excessive and I forget which one I need to go in to see past orders.

**What problems is Elastic Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit is that my retailers can log into the site to check inventory and place orders on their own. I might be traveling or in meetings and can't get to their email or phone call right away.

**What do you like best about Elastic Suite?**

This is the best B2B platform I've used—it's a favorite among all our accounts. The whiteboard feature is especially impressive for building suggested orders, and when an account creates a whiteboard during a preview, it's simple to add it to Elastic and share it back with them. This has really helped boost our order values, and all the necessary information is readily available. Another feature I really appreciate is the ability to look up an order and quickly find the tracking information.

One thing I don't like about Elastic Suite is that not all of the brands I work with are using it.

**What do you like best about Elastic Suite?**

First and foremost, the team at Elastic Suite has been fantastic. From developers like Salla, to our account manager Cassie, we consistently feel that we are being heard & our needs are addressed. The platform itself works great for our business needs, as it is able to handle large amounts of data that are rapidly changing well & the team is consistently introducing new features that keep the site moving in the right directions. Campaigns have also been a great tool for us to share new programs with our customers.

**What do you dislike about Elastic Suite?**

From time to time, we will run into data-related or server issues where imports can get caught up & prevent changes from being loaded to the site, but the team is usually quick to address those issues.

**What problems is Elastic Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicating our new releases & available inventory to customers, and providing a quick order tool for accounts that sales reps don't usually have the time to go see.

**What do you like best about Elastic Suite?**

End Users: Ease of site navigation, UX experience is amazing - almost feels like a small branded microsite. I feel like you could use the site without any training, it's very intuitive! Great reporting to give external sales reps visibility to their sales.

Internal Users: We are doing an upgrade from PlumRiver to Elastic Suite and UX it's self is 100X better. It's super easy to integrate, the team is amazing to work with. I love that there is an extensive self-serve knowledge base and support team at our finger tips.  Not to mention very responsive internal contacts as well!

**What do you dislike about Elastic Suite?**

So far I don't have many complaints about Elastic Suite - still learning all of the different tools that it has to offer.

**What problems is Elastic Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By enforcing our sales reps to use B2B for order entry, pulling invoices and checking tracking it gives our customer service team time back to work on other pressing issues.

**What do you like best about Elastic Suite?**

I am primarily using Elastic's collection tool. This tool is awesome and highly customizable. Elastic has a default template but you can also pay to create custom templates (for a reasonable fee). Not only does this GREATLY simplify the creation and accuracy of seasonal sales tools, but it also empowers reps to easily create assortments that are more curated to their individual needs. A very cool and powerful tool.

I've also been very impressed with their customer support folk. Gina in particular has been an amazing resource. She is very communicative, knowledgable, and realistic in all requests. When we had a particularly messy ask, she was instrumental in making it happen. I am very grateful to work with her!

**What do you dislike about Elastic Suite?**

The issue I encounter the most is that because Elastic's primary function is a selling, you are constrained by pricing. This makes a lot of sense, but as the collections tool has become so popular, our reps would like to be able to use the tool for early sell in assortments. This is often before we have pricing available, so we are not able to add these products to Elastic unless we essentially create fake pricing.  This has become extra challenging as all of the US tariffs this year have made locking pricing much more challenging for our business. 

Again, it makes sense for their platforms priority, but it would be awesome if they found a way to "lock" a product so it could not be sold but was still available in their collections tool.

**What problems is Elastic Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has created a much more streamlined way to create catalog exports focused on product. This also improves the accuracy of our catalogs as they are maintained via automated sources now (rather than indesign files)

Elastic Suite has been a game-changer for our team. One of the biggest advantages is its ease of use—both for our internal team, sales reps and our retail partners. Many of them are already familiar with the platform from due to it wide adoption, which makes getting customers and reps onboard seamless and intuitive.

The platform offers a wide range of self-serve tools that empower customers to manage their own needs—from order entry and tracking to checking ATS inventory and reviewing order history. This not only improves efficiency but also helps us get orders processed and shipped faster.

Another standout is the customer service from the Elastic team. They’ve been consistently responsive, proactive, and solution-oriented, often coming to us with ideas to improve our workflows before we even ask.

Overall, Elastic Suite has helped streamline our B2B operations and made the ordering experience smoother for everyone involved.

**What do you dislike about Elastic Suite?**

The only dislike I can think of is that the administration side can be a little clunky and it can be difficult to set up sales programs. There are discrepancy in field names and export available can make running audits complicated.

FYI, most of the brands that we represent use Elastic. 

Elastic stands out as a remarkably intuitive and seamlessly navigable software solution. Its design inherently promotes a smooth user experience, allowing for efficient operation from the outset.

The platform appears to be engineered to maximize operational efficiency, aligning directly with the strategic objectives of businesses, regardless of their scale or budget. This inherent adaptability makes Elastic B2B a compelling choice for both emerging smaller brands and established, larger enterprises with more substantial resources. Its capacity to cater to diverse business needs underscores its versatility and potential for broad adoption.

**What do you dislike about Elastic Suite?**

As an early adopter, our experience with Elastic B2B has highlighted the responsiveness of its development team. An initial point of frustration was the absence of a "copy" feature for size runs, a critical functionality for our operations. However, upon direct communication with the founder, this valuable feature was swiftly integrated within a few months, demonstrating a commendable commitment to user feedback and continuous improvement.

Currently, one area where the software could still enhance its utility is in the email functionality for buyers. Specifically, the inability to add an email address outside the system's pre-defined contacts, coupled with the lack of a confirmation for sent emails, presents a challenge, particularly in industries with high personnel turnover. While this aspect may have been recently updated, its current perceived limitation impacts workflow efficiency.

**What problems is Elastic Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From our experience, Elastic B2B has demonstrably resolved significant inefficiencies within our operations. The time savings realized by Buyers, Dealer Service Representatives, and our Sales Personnel are truly staggering, marking a substantial return on investment and opportunity costs.

From my POV, Elastic appears to be reaching a critical "tipping point" in the market. As an increasing number of brands adopt this platform, it is rapidly solidifying its position as an industry standard. This growing adoption  should  further amplify efficiency across numerous facets of the business, especially the buying and merchandising process.

That said, there are a few areas where we’d love to see improvements. Accessing invoices could be more intuitive, especially for customers. The interface on phones and tablets isn’t as smooth as it is on desktop, which can make it harder to work on the go. Also, setting up sales programs or one-time discounts still requires a manual process, which could be more efficient if automated.

Prior to adopting Elastic, our order placement process was highly manual, time-consuming, and prone to errors. Real-time ordering was a challenge, as inventory levels could change by the minute. With Elastic, customers can now log in to their accounts and create orders from curated catalogs tailored to their needs, complete with real-time product availability. Immediate order confirmations provide peace of mind, while the seamless integration with our ERP systems ensures accurate order entry and eliminates the need for manual processing.

**What do you dislike about Elastic Suite?**

Being completely transparent, it’s difficult to identify any negatives when it comes to Elastic. Whenever we’ve encountered a challenge, the Elastic team has been quick to provide effective solutions and enhancements. If a feature doesn’t yet exist, they are highly collaborative, working closely with our development team to explore and implement viable solutions.

**What problems is Elastic Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We recently encountered a complex catalog request from some of our international users. They needed a highly specific catalog featuring special groupings of materials to choose from. The Elastic team worked closely with us to fully understand these requirements, and with the expertise of their development team—and the dedication of our favorite Sr. Technical Account Manager, Kelly—they successfully created a unique catalog tailored to our business. It has now been in use for some time and has significantly reduced the need for manual order entry.

Elastic Suite has become the backbone of our wholesale operations, offering a seamless experience for both our sales reps and buyers to browse and place orders year-round. The platform's user interface is clean, intuitive, and mirrors a direct-to-consumer shopping experience—making adoption effortless on both the front and back end.

From an admin perspective, the platform is highly intuitive and easy to manage. The support we've received from the Elastic team—from our Account Manager to the technical and integrations teams—has been exceptional. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and consistently helpful, whether it's addressing minor questions or collaborating on enhancement requests.

Overall, Elastic Suite stands out as a top-tier B2B wholesale platform, combining strong UX with reliable support and functionality.

Compared to other wholesale B2B platforms there aren't any downsides about Elastic.

**What problems is Elastic Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Elastic bridges the gap between our sales reps and buyers/merchandisers, enabling easy, year-round ordering without requiring direct rep involvement. Buyers can independently browse and place orders at their convenience, while reps can still stay engaged by creating and sharing draft orders or curated whiteboards that visually showcase what products may work best in a buyer’s store.

One of the most valuable aspects of Elastic is its seamless integration with our NetSuite ERP. This allows us to efficiently sync product data across 10 brands into Elastic catalogs with minimal manual effort—saving time and reducing the potential for errors.

Having a team to work through the needs for or account and to even ask questions has been so helpful. I feel the system is user friendly and I have been able to trouble shoot a lot on my own with the resources provided.

**What do you dislike about Elastic Suite?**

My biggest thing is the our system compatibility with Elastic, but knowing it is our ERP and not always Elastic.

**What problems is Elastic Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most recently they help me solve Gender Filters across our brands. We lost the filter when we integrated 3 brands together so being bale to solve that issue and have it back up for reps and accounts has been extremely helpful!

The customer service! They are always available to help. We absolutely love our account manager Gina - she is always on top of it and genuinely cares for our success.

Additionally the ease of use. New customers are always able to easily understand and place orders.

Occasionally the site can be glitchy but the customer service team is always on it right away.

Customers are able to easily place orders and it connects smoothly to our ERP system.  We are also in the process of setting up ATP and are excited for customers to buy against future inventory which results in more $$ and less hassle!

I like how visually simple it is and that it is similar to shopping on a regular e-commerce site. The search engine is also super detailed and I can find anything I need very quickly.

There isn't really anything I dislike about Elastic so far!

**What problems is Elastic Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Elastic Suite helps my accounts easily submit their orders and makes my life a lot easier. I don't have to navigate all different formats of orders from handwritten notes to random spreadsheets, Elastic allows everything to conveniently be submitted which I think decreases the chances of error.

Thumbnails could maybe be larger, but no one is complaining.

**What problems is Elastic Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Elastic, we were managing our B2B published inventory in Google Sheets. Our dealer base is familiar with Elastic as a good number of our competitors are on the same platform, which makes it the industry standard. That eliminates the learning curve for onboarding new retailers.  Those unfamiliar have had no complaints. 

We also use the catalog export tools to create Pre-Book Sales collateral, another game changer from the old days of using Adobe.

We now funnel most of our B2B business through the portal and it is a much better system than our old Excel order form. A lot of simple functions are relatively easy to execute and the account management / support teams are top notch.

**What do you dislike about Elastic Suite?**

We still run into a number of bugs that impact reps and customers negatively. They get addressed quickly, but sometimes cause confusion with root cause analysis. We had to bring on external consultants to support the integration, and getting our team fully comfortable with what they did - and the processes we need to set up for the future has been somewhat challenging.

Giving our reps more resources to problem solve and be self serve.

i wish i could use it for more deal forcasting, instore invetnory mangement with barcode reader from smart phone and I do wish creating white boards with more user friendlyl.

when i first started in sales we used carbon copy orderforms. then it went to excel and was a alwasy do it later.  Not with elastice we have the crazy enhanced carbon copy order form that allows us to use magic to get ordres.  personaly as I rep I set a goal to use elastic for more count and fill visist.

Elastic was quick to learn and has been useful for both me and my customers when it comes to ordering and browsing. Customer support is also great (shoutout to Salla). She is always so helpful and really makes me understand things.

Sometimes the backend integrations can be a little bit tough

Elastic’s self-service ordering is super helpful and saves me tons of time entering customer orders myself.

quantity entering, back button, can't link different brands under one login, searching among different catalogs at the same time, creating a printable catalog that is paper conscious

**What problems is Elastic Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

retailers doing their own research on availability and style details.  Placing their own orders, trackability of the order process. Benefits me by not pulling separate ATS or having to enter orders in another system.

**What do you like best about Elastic Suite?**

As a Sales Tool, Elastic has been an incredible step into the digital age for our customers. It's replaced the need for printed catalogs and has created a convenient ordering platform for customers. It has significantly reduced manual order entry for our team and improved order accuracy. It's also great to be able to create custom catalogs for accounts with personalized assortments. And being able to make updates to products, assets and information quickly has allowed us to be more agile.

**What do you dislike about Elastic Suite?**

While this has been an incredible sales tool, it would be nice to see some more robust marketing features. Being able to integrate some email marketing, or have more control over the user interface to be more aligned with the brand would be ideal.

**What problems is Elastic Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Elastic has saved time and added convenience for us and our customers.

Does NOT retain sales order and invoice details from discontinued (deleted) catalogs.  This info should be stored independent of the catalog.

Customers and sales teams self serve, enter their own orders, have inventory visibility and ETA of inbound available inventory and access to their historical data.

The best part of Elastic is the ability to create custom sales programs and incentives on the fly, without the need to get Elastic involved.

**What do you dislike about Elastic Suite?**

I wish that we were able to create a custom sort order for products on the offline order form (custom brand/product hierarchy).

**What problems is Elastic Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of our customers exclusively use Elastic to enter orders, which (a) lessens the manual entry burden on our customer service team and (2) eliminates the potential for miscommunication between customer and CSR on order specifics (color, size, etc).

Once setup the integration with our system works with hardly any issues. They're always improving and adding functions that simplify the process for both the backend and front-end user. If anything does come the support team are always super knowledgeable and can troubleshoot the issue in a timely manner.

Certain functions could be improved to provide more useful data. Certain functions could be more user friendly.
