What do you like best about Elastic Suite?

First and foremost, the team at Elastic Suite has been fantastic. From developers like Salla, to our account manager Cassie, we consistently feel that we are being heard & our needs are addressed. The platform itself works great for our business needs, as it is able to handle large amounts of data that are rapidly changing well & the team is consistently introducing new features that keep the site moving in the right directions. What do you dislike about Elastic Suite?

What do you like best about Elastic Suite?

End Users: Ease of site navigation, UX experience is amazing - almost feels like a small branded microsite. I feel like you could use the site without any training, it's very intuitive! Great reporting to give external sales reps visibility to their sales.

Internal Users: We are doing an upgrade from PlumRiver to Elastic Suite and UX it's self is 100X better. It's super easy to integrate, the team is amazing to work with. What do you like best about Elastic Suite?

I am primarily using Elastic's collection tool. This tool is awesome and highly customizable. Elastic has a default template but you can also pay to create custom templates (for a reasonable fee). Not only does this GREATLY simplify the creation and accuracy of seasonal sales tools, but it also empowers reps to easily create assortments that are more curated to their individual needs. A very cool and powerful tool.

I've also been very impressed with their customer support folk. Gina in particular has been an amazing resource. She is very communicative, knowledgable, and realistic in all requests. What do you dislike about Elastic Suite?

The issue I encounter the most is that because Elastic's primary function is a selling, you are constrained by pricing. This makes a lot of sense, but as the collections tool has become so popular, our reps would like to be able to use the tool for early sell in assortments. This is often before we have pricing available, so we are not able to add these products to Elastic unless we essentially create fake pricing. This has become extra challenging as all of the US tariffs this year have made locking pricing much more challenging for our business.

Again, it makes sense for their platforms priority, but it would be awesome if they found a way to "lock" a product so it could not be sold but was still available in their collections tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Elastic Suite?

Elastic Suite has been a game-changer for our team. One of the biggest advantages is its ease of use—both for our internal team, sales reps and our retail partners. Many of them are already familiar with the platform from due to it wide adoption, which makes getting customers and reps onboard seamless and intuitive.

The platform offers a wide range of self-serve tools that empower customers to manage their own needs—from order entry and tracking to checking ATS inventory and reviewing order history. This not only improves efficiency but also helps us get orders processed and shipped faster.

Another standout is the customer service from the Elastic team. They’ve been consistently responsive, proactive, and solution-oriented, often coming to us with ideas to improve our workflows before we even ask.

As an early adopter, our experience with Elastic B2B has highlighted the responsiveness of its development team. An initial point of frustration was the absence of a "copy" feature for size runs, a critical functionality for our operations. However, upon direct communication with the founder, this valuable feature was swiftly integrated within a few months, demonstrating a commendable commitment to user feedback and continuous improvement.

Currently, one area where the software could still enhance its utility is in the email functionality for buyers. Specifically, the inability to add an email address outside the system's pre-defined contacts, coupled with the lack of a confirmation for sent emails, presents a challenge, particularly in industries with high personnel turnover. That said, there are a few areas where we’d love to see improvements. Accessing invoices could be more intuitive, especially for customers. The interface on phones and tablets isn’t as smooth as it is on desktop, which can make it harder to work on the go.
