It has been a big time saver for us, transitioning from a previous spreadsheet to a direct Magento import. This platform allows us to reinvent our attribute architecture much more easily and brings a single source of truth to all our product data. I also like how the PIM controls all the attributes, settings, and taxonomy, providing a cleaner architecture. The DAM is good because it keeps all our images in one place on the cloud, eliminating the need to store them locally. Without it, we would not be able to store and manage the data and media required for each marketplace. As a business, we wanted a single source of truth for all our product data and media in one place, and Pimberly provides exactly that. Once all attributes, scopes, brands, and other elements are implemented, the platform becomes very easy to use. It helps us bring products to market quickly by ensuring we have the correct content and media required by each platform. Our team uses Pimberly every day in our roles. This includes importing new product data and imagery into the system, as well as exporting product data and image links into marketplace templates. Whenever we encounter issues, Customer Support has always been readily available to help. In my experience, the support team is extremely knowledgeable and provides detailed guidance on how to resolve any problems. Recently, we rolled Pimberly out across all departments in the business, and the feedback has been fantastic. When customers call requesting product information, everything is available instantly at our fingertips. Our next step will be integrating Pimberly with our back-office system. We have already automated part of our media workflow. When an image is added to the DAM, it automatically populates across the relevant products, which saves us a significant amount of time. The UI is very simple and easy to use, and makes it easy to keep track of product lifecycles etc... The grading feature allows us to keep track of our content quality by setting rules and scoring our content against those rules. This ensures we focus our attention on the areas that are most important for consistency and shopability. I use it all the time and it has honestly helped me so much with improving product data and reducing lots of errors in my work. With Pimberly, I can manage all product data in one place, keeping everything consistent and accurate. It saves me time by cutting out certain spreadsheets and manual updates, while automation and workflows make it easier to launch products quickly and efficiently. With existing products, I can easily export using the different filters and for importing new products, (even if its a large or complex product range), I find it easy to use and update specific types of data. Also, if anyone is updating my work or things I've worked on, I can clearly see the recent activity so there's no outdated data. With Pimberly’s DAM, its so easy to (drag and drop) upload images and videos. They can be kept all organised and consistent with each product category and I like how you can see whose imported certain media files. Exporting them all is also such a quick job. The support team is always there to help me manage things smoothly. Whenever I email, the team come back to me very quickly and always find a solution to anything I ask them. I didn't personally have much involvement in the initial setting up of PIM, but the way its been created and implemented for our business has worked very well. Pimberly's support team also work well with our IT team to help solve quick issues and fixes. **What do you dislike about Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM?** One thing I dislike about Pimberly, is the slow performance. When exporting/importing large volumes of data, it can often take a while to load. However, when this does happen, sometimes the Team will email me personally to let me know. This is because the majority of my colleagues do not use or know the system or PIM ID's so this can cause more work for myself. This caused numerous issues like overwriting other peoples' amends and lack of version control or traceability. We sought out Pimberly as they were recommended by another firm, and we were very surprised with how smooth the implementation was. It did take some time to get all of the taxonomy and schema set up, due to the complexity and number of skus we have (over 150k), but once the foundations were in place it was very easy and simple to migrate all our data across from Magento. From this, we were able to build some rules on product title lengths, description depth and also meta data length. Every time we come across any issues with the platform, we messagetheir support email and within 5 minutes we nearly always have a response. Its very impressive! **What do you dislike about Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM?** Probably more of a criticism of a PIM itself as opposed to Pimberly itself, but we have found that, as PIM is a tool external to our Magento store, we do sometimes have issues with changes/amends not pulling through to our website at the first time of asking. The user interface is easy to use, making everything easy to find and navigate. The initial setup was very easy, and we had training. The support is helpful. **What do you dislike about Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM?** Sometimes the DAM is slow, and you can't release imagery to the channel. The speed sometimes when we are uploading. **What problems is Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM for uploading E-com imagery. I don't look into how it's set up or innovate on our systems at all, just 'use how it is currently set up and in that regard, it's very simple and well integrated to our Shopify stores. The support line is also very effective at getting problems sorted, usually resolved in less than a day. I use Pimberly every day, so I am finding ways to do things quicker regularly, the bulk upload feature is very easy to use and handy when editing a group of SKUs. **What do you dislike about Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM?** Sometimes aspects of the system don't work as intended based on how its been set up, or take a while to update. Luckily the support line is very good so they solve these issues very quickly and they are not too common. **What problems is Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a merchandising executive it solves a lot of data input work and automates it for me as well as acting as a parent object to all our Shopify-based websites which it does well to update regularly.
