As a Marketplace Manager, Pimberly has been invaluable to our team. Without it, we would not be able to store and manage the data and media required for each marketplace. As a business, we wanted a single source of truth for all our product data and media in one place, and Pimberly provides exactly that.

Once all attributes, scopes, brands, and other elements are implemented, the platform becomes very easy to use. It helps us bring products to market quickly by ensuring we have the correct content and media required by each platform.

Our team uses Pimberly every day in our roles. This includes importing new product data and imagery into the system, as well as exporting product data and image links into marketplace templates. Whenever we encounter issues, Customer Support has always been readily available to help. In my experience, the support team is extremely knowledgeable and provides detailed guidance on how to resolve any problems.

Recently, we rolled Pimberly out across all departments in the business, and the feedback has been fantastic. When customers call requesting product information, everything is available instantly at our fingertips. Our next step will be integrating Pimberly with our back-office system.

We have already automated part of our media workflow. When an image is added to the DAM, it automatically populates across the relevant products, which saves us a significant amount of time.

Looking ahead, there are several exciting features on the horizon that will further benefit our business. Pimberly also hosts monthly webinars that are very informative for both myself and my team. Pimberly has saved me loads of time merchandising products on our website as well as allowing new products to be uploaded in a timely manner.

The grading feature allows us to keep track of our content quality by setting rules and scoring our content against those rules. This ensures we focus our attention on the areas that are most important for consistency and shopability.

PIMBERLY PIM is an easy to use system that allows me to easily create new products and manage existing products in our catalogue. There is not much to dislike apart from there should be a way to do a multi code search using Primary SKU'S instead of just on Product ID's. This is because the majority of my colleagues do not use or know the system or PIM ID's so this can cause more work for myself. I think Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM could have a better support system for fixing bugs. It takes months or even years for issues that affect us, even if they're minor, to be resolved. I like how flexible Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM is. It's solved many of the long-winded issues we previously had, turning them into a much more streamlined and manageable platform. I struggled to understand a lot of what Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM did because I don't have a very data-driven background. It felt confusing initially and I really thought I wasn’t going to get the hang of it, but over time, as I’m actually using the software, it’s making more and more sense to me. Also, the initial setup was quite manual because of how our data was stored and where, making it difficult to enter the data straightforwardly. I really value how easy Pimberly makes it to centralise and enrich product information. The platform feels intuitive and user-friendly, so it’s straightforward to manage, maintain, and update data as needed. Data imports and exports could be more seamless. When errors occur during an import, the error messages don’t always appear, and sometimes the system only shows what worked. This makes it difficult to diagnose what went wrong, especially with a large upload file that includes multiple attributes. Also the search bar is very case sensitive. In my role I am responsible for digital asset creation and maintenance, I find the functionality to add versions of images and documents very useful as it saves time on me having to conduct audits on links on the website and updating links to newer versions of the file. Occasionally I need to look for particular products on PIM in my role and - mostly because of my own infrequency of use of the function - it can take a couple of attempts for me to filter for the products I need, but I acknowledge this is because I don't have to do this regularly.
