From the scoping sessions, to the system build, to now the support function, the team at Pimberly have taken time to understand our business and requirements, and have provided a solution to meet them. A big issue for us was that the edit history visible in the system is only 6 months, and we require longer. Through the data sheet module, we can now create data sheets on the fly. We have over 20,000 individual part codes in the system, had we manually created these using InDesign, it would be prone to human error and also take up a large amount of time. Personalisation of Product screens make it easy to create a field views that the user will be using daily to provide the information required quickly without having to deal with filters reseting upon log ins/refreshes. Full view of data within the system with quick and easy search functionaility that allows you to check and edit data easily in-engine (after induction). **What do you dislike about Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM?** Some processing within Pimberly are sluggish/time consuming, eg inducting new products take various stages rather than being able to induct a product straight into Pimberly for it to be completed immediately, a further enrichment needs to take place to finalise products. Product induction could do with an in-engine editor to fix error instead of having to export an error report to find out what the issue is and then amend the original induction template to import it back in. We use the product multiple times a day (if not all day, everyday!) to ensure our ecomm sites and products are at their best. The team is absolutely amazing. We working with Sally and Rory, who would go out of their way constantly to make onboarding easy. The project was managed superbly, technology and processes clearly explained, and they always had time to fit in an extra call if we needed. This was especially appreciated as we worked in completely different timezones, which could've been tricky to navigate if they weren't some accomodating. The integration went absolutely seamlessly across all five of our websites - with a large number of SKUs, multiple platforms and varying technology between the sites, there were a lot of caveats to consider - Sally and Rory's expertise ensured every site launch wen't off without a hitch. Based off our experience, I would recommend PIM to anybody. **What do you dislike about Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM?** Nothing. PIM is awesome. It's an amazing platform and the team is unreal. **What problems is Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have 100's of SKUS, 5 websites (soon to be 7!) and 3 warehouses. Managing our SKUs, how they display onsite, pricing, tags, URLs and everything inbetween was previously exceptionally burdensome and at a high risk for error. Since integrating PIM our inhouse efficiencies have almost freed up an entire full time position, enabling us to focus attention towards projects, growth initatives and website development instead.
