I found that there is a lot of mouse navigation and clicking that could be optimised with keyboard use. I think that is is easy to copy and paste information from other applications that my company use into Pimberly and I am able to search for a large amounts data at at time. It is very quick to use, no tutorial needed and means that any image I upload for a product, shows up alongside the product as we use a naming convention that PImb recognises and will put the image/PDF to the right media area for the product. It is very easy and only requires minor input from me and my image editor colleagues. I can also make changes to the images in the DAM very easy, for example renaming. And I like that we can revert back to a previous image of the same name if needed. I use Pimb daily so these features mean I can do what I need to do without fear of problems. I have not used Customer Support but my superiors have and they have come back quickly from my experience with any queries. **What do you dislike about Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM?** There doesn't seem to be an inbuilt way to download mass amounts of images/PDF's without having to use a channel and then a subsequent script. If that feature was implemented, it would be very handy. The whole integration process is very straightforward, affording us full control over product releases to various channels (1 B2B and 2 B2C websites, plus marketplaces and a physical shop with dedicated data) via the powerful "Workflow" feature. The Vendor Connect module has proven invaluable, significantly reducing time expenditure. Customizable validations ensure that suppliers deliver accurate data the first time, eliminating the need for extensive follow-ups. The interface is modern and very intuitive, making the platform user-friendly for both administrators and general users. It also offers granular control over user permissions down to the field level. Their support team are the best and i have always been responded to with help/advice extremely quickly and the support team are all extremely positive and happy to assist, no matter how small or big the query is. Sam & Rick have also been extremely helpful and supportive for us when implementing new things to our PIM, they have joined us on calls to discuss things further and they have also suggested new ideas for us to implement, which have helped us significantly. **What do you dislike about Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM?** So far i cannot think of anything i dislike about the service provided.
