In my role I am responsible for digital asset creation and maintenance, I find the functionality to add versions of images and documents very useful as it saves time on me having to conduct audits on links on the website and updating links to newer versions of the file. Occasionally I need to look for particular products on PIM in my role and - mostly because of my own infrequency of use of the function - it can take a couple of attempts for me to filter for the products I need, but I acknowledge this is because I don't have to do this regularly. Pimberly helps for efficient digital asset management, saving me time and resources in my line of work. I find the faceted search, allowing filters by file type or uploader, to be particularly useful ways of locating files that need adjusting. We have everything automated, so once the data is imported it’s straightforward to push it out to the website as well as to our customers. The channels offered by Pimberly give us good ways to group products for our external systems and allow us to effectively manage our various operating companies. Sending product info to our websites becomes easy with Pimberly. The setup took a while but was relatively straightforward, and we had good support, which helped a lot. The platform excels in solving major issues like scattered product information, manual product uploads, inconsistent data, and lack of visibility across teams, thereby streamlining our operations. I appreciate the remarkable ease of use Pimberly offers, which makes it accessible and intuitive for everyday use. The customer support is exceptional; the team is always responsive and resolves any issues promptly. The continuous updates to the system further enhance its usability and efficiency.
