Pimberly is a great tool that I love using! I use it all the time and it has honestly helped me so much with improving product data and reducing lots of errors in my work. With Pimberly, I can manage all product data in one place, keeping everything consistent and accurate. It saves me time by cutting out certain spreadsheets and manual updates, while automation and workflows make it easier to launch products quickly and efficiently. With existing products, I can easily export using the different filters and for importing new products, (even if its a large or complex product range), I find it easy to use and update specific types of data. Also, if anyone is updating my work or things I've worked on, I can clearly see the recent activity so there's no outdated data. With Pimberly’s DAM, its so easy to (drag and drop) upload images and videos. They can be kept all organised and consistent with each product category and I like how you can see whose imported certain media files. Exporting them all is also such a quick job. The support team is always there to help me manage things smoothly. Whenever I email, the team come back to me very quickly and always find a solution to anything I ask them. I didn't personally have much involvement in the initial setting up of PIM, but the way its been created and implemented for our business has worked very well. Pimberly's support team also work well with our IT team to help solve quick issues and fixes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM? One thing I dislike about Pimberly, is the slow performance. When exporting/importing large volumes of data, it can often take a while to load. However, when this does happen, sometimes the Team will email me personally to let me know. Some exports can take a long time, but I presume this is because the server is quite busy. Pimberly solves the problem of managing product data and digital assets that are often scattered across spreadsheets, folders and different systems. PIMBERLY PIM is an easy to use system that allows me to easily create new products and manage existing products in our catalogue. What do you dislike about Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM? There is not much to dislike apart from there should be a way to do a multi code search using Primary SKU'S instead of just on Product ID's. This is because the majority of my colleagues do not use or know the system or PIM ID's so this can cause more work for myself. I like a lot of the life cycles in Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM, especially the decision tables, workflows, and automations. It really helps in reducing manual work because everything is consolidated into one platform. The interface is decently easy to use, making it easier to move products along different lifecycle stages for various marketplaces. I think Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM could have a better support system for fixing bugs. It takes months or even years for issues that affect us, even if they're minor, to be resolved. I like how flexible Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM is. It's solved many of the long-winded issues we previously had, turning them into a much more streamlined and manageable platform. Everything really feels like it opened up a new perspective on how streamlined and flexible it can be. Even though it takes a bit to get used to, every day feels like a school day when you learn something new! I love understanding how things work, and I must admit, I am enjoying it! I struggled to understand a lot of what Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM did because I don't have a very data-driven background. It felt confusing initially and I really thought I wasn’t going to get the hang of it, but over time, as I’m actually using the software, it’s making more and more sense to me. Also, the initial setup was quite manual because of how our data was stored and where, making it difficult to enter the data straightforwardly. When errors occur during an import, the error messages don’t always appear, and sometimes the system only shows what worked. This makes it difficult to diagnose what went wrong, especially with a large upload file that includes multiple attributes. Also the search bar is very case sensitive. Pimberly has significantly streamlined our product setup process by bringing all data enrichment tasks into one central platform. What previously required multiple systems and manual steps can now be completed much more efficiently. The built-in validation rules also ensure our product information is complete, consistent, and accurate before going live, which has reduced errors and improved the overall quality of our ecommerce data.
