Some of the downsides include, once you've categorised your products, you have to always scroll back to find the product, same for releases, this can be a bit long when you need to scroll down over 1000 products to get back to where your product was. Pimberly's automation is very powerful - it has allowed us to transform our internal processes in ways that make us all more efficient and reduces manual load. There are certain parts of the experience where I wish it was easier to complete actions in bulk (such as enabling the same attributes at different levels of a taxonomy) or export pieces of information (such as category trees). Pimberly is helping make product data accessible to more members of our internal team than ever before, presenting more opportunities for cleanup and generating more excitement around data ownership. We now use Pimberly not only for data storage but also for automated enrichment. For example, one of our primary use cases over the past few months has been undergoing a mass recategorization of our entire product catalog. This would have been a highly manual process outside of PIM, but this platform helped us automate the process in a way that will streamline the workflow moving forward. In the 'Logs' tab, there is a 'Last Processed' column, this is in days, it would be beneficial to change or add an actual date. When looking back for an import file, we would generally look for a date rather than how many days ago something was. The system is all specific part number (SKU) based, so difficult if you have multiple options on a product for customers to choose to create something 'bespoke', which multiplies up into thousands of potential part numbers.
