I have had nothing but good experiences with both the tool and the PartnerStack team. I have used the tool for a little less than a year now, and already there has been two updates to the tool to improve the user experience. They listen to their clients and hit the ground running with improvements or work arounds to meet needs. Overall PartnerStack is a great central tool for all things "partner". There are small functionality lacking within the tool. Being able to navigate to certain tabs within other tabs is limited. Also, not huge flexibility into looking into partners deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform has a ton of quirks and usability challenges. The fact that there's no concept of "teams" or multiple people from one organization being able to be on an account makes it restrictive for bigger partners. Our account rep + the founder are genuine people. This is a huge part of what I consider key when working with any external vendors. It's a great platform that delivers some really useful functionality. Being able to set up applications for partners to apply to a program makes life super easy.
