I love how easily I can grab data from how our partners/affiliates are doing and especially that I can manage all of them with just a few clicks of a button. PartnerStack does what many PRMs don't, which is managing the entire partner funnel from recruitment and application, resource management, referral tracking, and critically, referral payouts. For some reason, most PRMs don't handle one or more of these parts, so you have to end up piecing together your own solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's lots of functionality in PartnerStack, but some key features are missing. For instance, there's limited reporting built-in, no automatic segmenting by partner geography, and there are no leaderboards or gamification to encourage participants to take action within your partner program. The referral mechanism within partner management is a huge help to the success of our program. The communication features are also very useful and help keep everything in one place for us. PartnerStack connects with Skilljar for our application, training and certification process of new members. It allows us to group them and individually manage based on those higher-level segments. It would be great if there was a larger focus on analytics, listening, and engagement in partner program management. Our partner program runs primarily in Asana, so without a quick way to add tasks or action items, it can make things move much slower. Partnerstack is a super intuitive and easy to use platform that allows our partners to easily submit deals and drive business while also having the flexibility for unique and one-off configurations or processes. Even more importantly their support team and success managers are the best I ever worked with in the SaaS world. Whenever I have an issue their support team gets back to me with a resolution within an hour and our CSM takes our feedback to heart and truly works to give us the best experience possible. I was feeling a bit frustrated with a few things and just the other day received an email that they have taken all partner feedback into account and are updating the UI/UX of the platform to directly address these issues. A lot of my frustrations are being addressed in an upcoming initiative to improve the UX/UI of the platform. We've heard from some partners that tracking the rewards/payouts is a bit confusing at times and I've found some of the lead management capabilities to be slightly lacking however all of these are being improved over the next couple of months.
