What do you like best about PartnerStack?

We have not had a seamless solution to manage anyone interested in reselling our product. We went through several internal attempts only to realize that Partnerstack made the most sense for the volume of resellers interested. What do you like best about PartnerStack?

Being on PartnerStack helped us easily recruit partners, we didn't have to work very hard and we have several partners who are valuable and one who is very valuable. All of the functionality works very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PartnerStack?

We've had several episodes of fraudulent characters "partnering" with us and sending us fake customers just to try to collect some partner kickbacks (they fail of course, because we notice it). I would love for PartnerStack to do more about this, but they've been resolving issues when needed and I'm not sure whether they realistically can do more. I should also mention that PartnerStack's fee of 15%, while not unreasonable for the all-round service, billing, tax forms etc. services they provide, is also quite significant compared to partner fees. The tool solves a very time-consuming problem for partnerships. They've taken out the manual and sometimes messy work of tracking referrals and paying commission. In addition, our CSM Blaize is the best to work with! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
