# What’s the Leading Project Management Software?

I want to start a discussion around project management platforms that are leading the way in helping teams stay organized, collaborate effectively, and deliver work on time. With so many options available, it’s always valuable to hear which solutions actually deliver strong results across different business environments. Here are some of the top-rated tools from G2’s Project Management category:

Except for engineering teams on Jira, I would not pick any of the options listed in the post - or certainly not as standalone solutions.

For standalone, I'd choose ClickUp or Notion.

For an ecosystem, I'd connect with Slack, I might leverage some additional Slack features alongside that - but in most cases, unless the team is really small, Slackd alone would never be enough.
