I have not had an negative experiences thus far with Davo. The most tedious thing was getting set up and working out the sales tax site as a new business, but everything is streamlined so once you are set up, then there is nothing you have to do after. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find it somewhat overwhelming at the start because it bombards me with a vast array of 10,000 products. It would be better if the introduction of products was more staggered, perhaps offering one or a few products at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This software addition has saved me hours of my time compiling and processing and staying up to date with my State Sales Taxes. The best thing for me is that fact that the money is removed (paid to DAVO) each posting of my daily sales so I never have to worry if there is enough money in my small business's account to cover the Sales Tax owed each month. DAVO Sales Tax is one of two apps that I would not let go of if things slow down badly. I can live without most other apps but DAVO Sales Tax is too much of a life saver to even thing about letting go.

DAVO Sales Tax takes the sales tax money out of your account without you ever have to think about it. It takes it out with no chance of it being used for other things. Face it, as a small business owner sometimes the decisions are rob Peter to pay Paul, and sometimes those decisions come back and bite you. Not having to worry about setting aside daily sales tax or filing with the state has made owning a business a little bit easier. Davo has assisted me in figuring out issues with taxes and fees and limitations with my POS and has made it work. I won't change systems unless a new one will support Davo! The only issue I have run into with Davo is with the way our POS manages "Taxes and fees". CRV fees get included in the daily taxes. Davo has had to work with me to refund me the CRV fees while setting aside the daily sales taxes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
