"Homebase is the best fit"

What do you like best about Homebase?

Homebase is easy to setup, easy for the admins to use, and easy for the staff to use. We have all we need for quick and accurate payroll, scheduling, tracking PTO, and time clocks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Homebase?

The only downside is I help Homebase develop a really neat feature and once they rolled it out they wanted to charge me for it. Oh well, it was still a good idea and I would certainly use the feature but not for an additional cost to my subscription.

One other needed feature is a manager only section of the schedule that is private and doesn't get published. For example, I'd love to note on an random Monday "bring in donuts" or "follow up if this person is tardy" , or "supervisor will have just arrived back from vacay, go easy on them, or "drop these shifts by this day if the work load is light" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Functional Scheduling with Minor Drawbacks"

What do you like best about Homebase?

Very straightfoward to set up and post week to week scheduling. Ability to assign roles to employees and add notes to shifts. Being able to maintain long term drafts. Editing is easy on desktop and mobile. Ability to post and approve open shifts with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Homebase?

Too expensive for more advanced features (specifically seeing who has read messages). Employees struggle with the user interface of setting up their availability. Sometimes "time-off" options glitch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
