It's a great app. The communication feature is very useful, allowing me to reach out to coworkers and talk to management easily. I appreciate being able to input my unavailable days and adjust my schedule whenever necessary. This makes it much easier to coordinate my schedule with others. I find value in not having to log in or write things down elsewhere, as everything is managed conveniently in Homebase. The initial setup was fairly easy, taking me only about two minutes.
