**What do you like best about Helpwise?**

I have used many helpdesk platforms but I think Helpwise has left others far behind.

I really liked the onboarding process and easy-to-use user interface. Their pricing plans are also affordable.

Their customer support is just awesome, they replied to my doubts very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Helpwise?**

I found that sometimes, a few features don't work well. I found the platform to be buggy sometimes.

Apart from this, I don't have any complaints.

I am an agency owner, so I used Helpwise for my clients. I automated conversations with their customer at one single place with the help of Helpwise.

It has a really great UI and is easy to use. I liked that any messages I sent via Helpwise could also be stored in the original emails sent folder in Gsuite.

Nothing in particular. It was easy to use.

+ Support team: Whenever I have question the support team is helping me.
+ Price: We compared different tools and the price-performance was really good.

**What do you dislike about Helpwise?**

- We tested another tool before. I liked the structure from the other tool more but the price was much higher too. So when you want a good and easy solution helpwise is perfect for you. But the design could be a bit better.

Some times I found poor the UI of some part of the backend.

We can give assistance to our customer from many channel (email, Facebook, live chat...) in one place. It help us to reach our top level customer service (customers said)

**What do you like best about Helpwise?**

I love how responsive the help team is! No matter what strange question I'm asking, they get back to me and help me figure it out.

**What do you dislike about Helpwise?**

I find the software to still have some bugs. Sometimes the pages reload and send me back to the menu with all of my inboxes, so I have to navigate bak to my emails. There are other small bugs but they don't really affect our day to day usage or cause actual problems. Any that DID, we've reached out about and those have been fixed. 

We also need and are looking for a more robust reporting / at a glance system to be able to see some of our metrics and numbers. We want to be better able to track how many responses our agents are sending out, how many tickets have had 0 replies in a 24+ hour time period (usually NONE but stuff happens, and being able to see those outright would be great), how many cases are coming in. My direct report has reached out asking for more info on how it might be possible to acheive this so we are waiting on that response. That is a bit outside of my role so I am just not as familiar with it to add it here.

**Recommendations to others considering Helpwise:**

Go ahead and get in there. Try it out. The customer support/dev team are super helpful and responsive!

**What problems is Helpwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize Helpwise as a shared inbox to provide tech support to clients using a particular software. Helpwise lets us collaborate effectively and send emails as one support persona. As we have grown and our needs have changed, we've been able to connect with the devs/support team and truly modify the product to work for OUR needs. This level of personalized support is fantastic! 

As I've learned the program, I've found all sorts of neat features Helpwise has. The ability to check to see how many tickets each of my agents have is great. The logic builder for rules is straightforward to use (easier than Gmail). The tagging system took me a minute but now that I understand it, it makes sense (also, they cleaned up our mess, so now it's working even better).

It's definitely the easiest shared inbox I've ever used. I haven't used a ton, but everyone is able to jump right in and get started even if they don't have past experience.

The saved replies, tags, and shared drafts are great. Shared drafts allow collaboration on the back end before replying.

**What do you dislike about Helpwise?**

The mobile app is awful. It's hard to navigate. Many of the features don't work properly. It doesn't fit on my screen well. It's not user friendly at all.

This is a coaborative inbox. It allows us to complete customer service requests and see if someone else is viewing it at the same time so that we don't both respond.

Group functionality, the fact that everything is in one place for the company, but also that I can check all emails without having to ask someone to forward it for me

Sometimes emails get sent to the wrong address, the conversations remain open even though I closed them, or the fact that some settings don't save them the first time

The fact that there were times when the hyperlink function didn't work and that, when there's a conversation with multiple replies, it gets hard to read them in order.

Sometimes the emails for a particular inbox go to a different inbox, where it does not belong.
Please fix the bug.
Also please add a function to sort the tags, so we can check and delete double tags easily.

the labeling and the notes that we can leave on email received

the fact that we sorta dont have our own seperate inbox. but any case it lessens the confusion atleast. 
also the 20mb limit. As there are  some files that exceed that just makes it difficult to upload.

alot of times its communication between cities we work with and by far its easier that way since everyone sees it as it comes in.

The unified dashboard. Being able to see who is responding, adding internal notes, switching between inboxes quickly, and moving messages. Better than Outpost.

I am still learning the software, so nothing to report at this time.

Our unified inbox service was closing down called Outpost. We needed to similar solution before December 15th and HelpWise answered our needs and more.

Helpwise is very full featured: Email inboxes, social accounts, chat widget and help docs including custom domain and great search.

I would like the chat support widget also to function purely for email, so not chat based only. It can work a bit like that, but not as robust as some alternatives like Helpscout.

Organization of emails from various inboxes. The ability to assign emails to a team member. The text integration with RingCentral would be amazing if it worked properly.

**What do you dislike about Helpwise?**

Poor support. Issues take at least a month to resolve, with our latest issue still ongoing since Sept. 15 (It's not Nov. 24th). Difficult to contact support and very unprofessional "My name is Sponge Bot". Also constantly have to follow up with support to get an answer.

Organization. Unfortunately, with all the issues encountered, it's been counter-productive in many ways.

It gets the job done. You can share your inboxes with your team. You can share email and WhatsApp accounts.

The interface needs more polishing. It's not snappy as it should be for everyday work.

You can share the usage of an email account with numerous people WITHOUT sharing that account password. So it's safer.

The organization and being able to add tags to your tickets, as well as the ease of creating saved responses for issues we see often.

There are some bugs such as when sharing a draft sometimes it will disappear and everything I've written for that ticket is gone, which is incredibly frustrating.

I like the efficiency of the software and the ability to receive notifications via Slack, email, and other channels that we use. Helpwise is used for telephone texting and phone calls. Having tried other products, this feels clean and clear above the others.

**What do you dislike about Helpwise?**

Voicemail to text is patchy, but this has been found across all products used.

Texting is more efficient as can use the portal on my laptop and use my keyboard to type lengthy text messages.

This platform combines many tools to communicate with customers in one place, such as a shared inbox for emails and social media, an online knowledge base, a website chat window, and CRM and Slack integrations.

Easy to manage all communications in one place. It is easy to set up and easy to use Helpwise is a good helpdesk solution. It can handle Email, social media, and also a chat widget.

Honestly, I like the fact they offer a $25/monthly per-user price. There was no user minimum and they look like they have some features others were lacking. Like the ability to create a Help Center for internal use. So if we have new remote workers, they would have access to what is easily accessible for any questions on how to handle certain customer questions.

**What do you dislike about Helpwise?**

Inability to view all channels on one screen. That was a deal-breaker for me. What is the point of giving users channels if you cannot view them all-in- one screen? You literally have to use a drop-down option to navigate from customer service, sales, etc. Without being able to see the other. It also has no ticker to see how many messages are there. This renders the whole "shared inbox" experience useless for us. This is the only software in this space that I had seen that completely negates the idea of shared inboxes. Sure, if you only have one shared inbox that would work, but for most companies, it will not.

I thought I could solve some problems, but after testing it for a day, I had to completely cancel it.

Set-up is super easy and customer support is outstanding! Helpwise saves us from missing messages and emails from current customers and prospective clients. Before we were getting our wires crossed and things slipped through the cracks. I also bring on interns each year that need to be able to communicate as our company. I can bring them on temporarily without having to create a whole new email for them.

**What do you dislike about Helpwise?**

Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike. There are small UX elements that could be improved, but as a new start-up that's expected. They've always been open and receptive to my feedback and ideas.

**What problems is Helpwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to have to share my inbox with admin assistants and other team members to answer support and sales emails. Now all of those emails go to one central inbox that we can all see, answer, and collaborate on. Saves a ton of time and missed messaging!

**What do you like best about Helpwise?**

The Helpwise system is easy and intuitive to setup and use, and we have already created an SOP around its usage. Its integration with Jira is really important for us to minimize the steps needed to go from support questions to solutions.

The customer support has been excellent - Responsive and quick to make improvements to the system based on my feedback, often with same day rollout!

**What do you dislike about Helpwise?**

The one thing missing so far (which I have been told will come in the near future), is the ability to manually create support tickets in the system, for those that did not come through one of the regular channels.

**Recommendations to others considering Helpwise:**

If you would like a customer support desk platform that is affordable and easy-to-use, with integrations with Jira, then it's hard to beat Helpwise!

**What problems is Helpwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helpwise enables our team to all manage a single email inbox, responding to customers and assigning tasks or questions to our development team via Jira (which is great so that they don't need to learn another platform).
